Place was terrible bad smell linen beds were creeking

Everything about my stay was horrible. Fist of all the name was different. The pictures shown on booking.com was not accurate. I paid for 4 nights only stayed one night and checked out the next day. I was forced to pay and book at another hotel. The description says 5 star it is not even a 1 star. I am hoping I can get a refund for the rest of the stay

Cons:

Lantai kotor dan berhabuk. Berbau seakan bau rokok sepanjang kami menginap di sana. Tidak ada room service setiap hari. Wifi tidak stabil.
