Homegate Inn And Suites Collierville TN

The spigot for the sink fell off. I had to use the stem to turn the water on & off. The parking lot needed new paving.

Clean Rooms. Nice and Quiet.

Facilities are poorly maintained. Best to go with a name brand economy lodgings than this place. Also staff is friendly but lacks common sense and isn’t really trained for hotel/hospitality management.

The room wasn’t that bad for the price. There were random holes in the walls though and stained on the sheets that made you think they weren’t washed properly. The service was questionable though. I had paid for multiple nights and the people up front would seem like they were trying to rush me out of my stay… like they were sick of us staying here. I also have reasonable suspicion that they even called police on us to scare us to leave. They definitely could work on their characters a little to make us feel actually welcome next time, because we are PAYING to stay here. Not like I was freeloading.

Cigarette burn marks in the bead spead. Ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and water marked. Mold on the bathroom tub.

It was easy to relax

The kitchenette consisted of refrigerator, a two eye, ceramic range, no oven, and a microwave. No laundry facilities. WiFi worked and there are a few shops and fast food nearby.

Price i was told i would pay is not the price i paid. Bad customer service. They charged my card 3 times and wasn’t transparent with me on why.

You do not want to stay in this blood stained place. First impression of this place was ewwww. .Second, impression upon seeing the room was gross. Then I started looking around the room. Either the sheets had not been washed or they were super stained. I'm pretty sure there was a blood droplet, or some kind of grossness on the pillow, then found some more blood droplets on the lampshade. The chairs were absolutely disgusting. Pretty sure, the sink and mirror had never been wiped. And the last straw was the toilet, there is no way any of my family would you use that. I don't understand how lazy you have to be to let a hotel get this bad. Oh, they also tried to show us another room. It was almost as bad. I'm pretty sure there was blood in the bathtub. This is by far the worst hotel I have ever seen.

Basic accommodations. Not so much in disrepair but everything is “Big Lots” quality. However, the room was clean. The bed was comfortable but was on a spring futon like bas which the springs creaked with every move. Okay for an overnight stay.

The room was comfortable and clean. Everything worked. I can sleep through a freight train. And that’s convenient because the hotel is a bit close to the tracks. So if you’re a light sleeper …

Easy access to the area of Collierville

Staff was minimal but nice and polite. The room was dusty with loose plumbing fixtures, rysty towel racks, and mildew in the bathroom. The bed was nice, full size refrigerator and a microwave. It akso was quiet. Breakfast was ok. We likely won't stay again.
