Ce n'est pas un hôtel : c'est un love motel !
Cons:

L'établissement est assez défraîchi, mais, surtout, ce n'est pas un hôtel (le nom est une duperie) : c'est un love motel, avec l'entrée discrète, le panneaux interdit aux moins de 19 ans, les préservatifs dans les chambres (aucun hôtel ne met de préservatifs dans ses chambres)...

Great location!
Pros:

Covered parking was awesome. Quiet area. Close to convenience stores and restaurants. Very close to the river for evening walks. Price was very competitive. Rooms were spacious. Bathroom was great size.

Cons:

There was very little I disliked about my stay. I've stayed there twice now and enjoyed it both times. Travelled there strictly for work nearby.

Grimy love motel in disguise as a mid tier hotel.
Pros:

There were some restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel.

Cons:

The housekeeper kept throwing out my toothbrush and toothpaste every night. The floor was dirty with leftover hair follicles lying around. The shower grate and the sink grate was uncovered. The grate for the shower was left uncovered. The tissue box had strange advertisements and numbers on it and the toiletries included condoms which instantly gave it away that this was a love motel. I couldn't adjust the aircon at all from the panel so I kept sweating at night. The hallway was also noisy and i could hear everything. Overall, these acts made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. The walls and skirting boards were also chipped or banged up, reflective of poor maintenance. I wouldn't stay here again and I would not recommend it. Go somewhere else.
