Everything was great other than one rude employee
Pros:

Loved the set up and the complimentary food and beverage. Room was great. Gym and pool were great. All but one employee was very hospitable.

Cons:

There was a card payment issue on our last check in and the front desk associate treated one of our guests rudely.

This will continue to be my number place to stay in Austin.
Pros:

Great price, lots of room and the breakfast spread is my favorite part of this stay.

Cons:

The air wasn’t working in the bedroom part of the suite. I was able to get a fan from the front desk. It was the middle of the night and that took care of the problem quickly for me.

Pros:

The room was spacious and I loved the apartment feel. The atrium in the middle was so cool! A white noise machine in the room would have been appreciated.

Was good but paying to park didn’t sit right with me
Pros:

Everyone was super friendly. Breakfast was super delicious

Cons:

I wish we didn’t have to pay for parking. I understand not wanting people to park on the property for events or other reasons but I think giving guests a permit like a tag to hang on their mirror would be beneficial. I would stay here again only if parking was included in the price of the hotel.

Comfortable and quiet with easy in and out.
Pros:

Its my "Go to" home when I come to work in Austin. Love the friendly staff, and the food and drink.

Cons:

The price is a bit high for me, but the breakfast makes it worth it to me.
