Nice location, but not where you think it is
Pros:

Nice apartment with everything needed, except toilet paper

Cons:

The location in the map of the booking.com entry and all information derived from it about distances is grossly misleading! I was choosing this based on alleged "400 m from Sto. Nino" and proximity to ferry pier, but based on the address given, I ended up in Mabolo district, very far from both. When trying to discuss this with the staff and mentioning that this will cost me time and money, their reaction was quite ignorant. I have also informed booking.com customer service and asked them to correct the coordinates.

Handy because of the location for one or two days.
Pros:

The location is good, walking distance to some shopping centres and the main city.

Cons:

There were cockroaches in the bathroom and also in the kitchen. Easily can come to your stuff. If you go earlier than the check in time, there is no possibility to leave your belongings. No hot water in the shower. The swimming pool is just open until 6pm and you must use a swimming cap.

Ple de paneroles :-(
Pros:

La piscina està fenomenal! Està molt a prop del centre comercial SM i de l’estació d’autobusos. És un edifici segur. L’allotjament està ben equipat amb nevera, cuina i rentadora i té menjador i dormitori.

Cons:

Està ple de paneroles. Les veus per tot arreu. La meva dona ja no va poder dormir.

Cons:

Check in was slow and after copying I'd charge you 5 peso for the privilege. Depending on who you get,as I stayed twice one was helpful with directions, one just handed over the key.
