The amazing Michelle made travel logistics and communication a breeze. The hotel was a good base for the location.

Communication around check in in arrival would have aided hot tired hungry travellers - to be fair think this might have been a one off and people trying to help us check in earlier

Très bon accueil avec des conseils sur les plages et restaurants où aller.
Chambre spacieuse et fonctionnelle. Literie très confortable.
Hôtel calme avec piscine.
Accès à du café en continue.

Cons:

Le prix trop élevé du petit-déjeuner bien que le buffet soit conséquent.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's clean, comfortable, an easy walk to restaurants and the beach and the owners are warm, welcoming and happy to assist. The breakfasts are also fantastic.

Vraiment tout! La piscine (à l'ombre et à l'abri des regards), le coin café (quelle bonne idée), le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet (parfait et copieux), le confort des chambres (clim, literie confortable, isolation parfaite, coin terrasse devant la chambre et étendoir à linge, salle de bain moderne), accueil chaleureux, place de parking sécurisée, l'accès rapide à pied au centre de Samara.

Cons:

Rien, tout était parfait, nous aurions voulu rester plus longtemps.

We paid for our reservation and then they emailed saying the second night was no longer available. They said to cancel the second night. We did not want 1 night, we want 2! So I canceled and they did not refund us. SCAM!

Agréable malgré quelques disfonctionnements

L’emplacement, la piscine, le lit king size, l’espace de la chambre, les rangements, balcon sympathique

Cons:

Pommeau de douche mal réglé, fuite dans toute la salle de bain + chambre. Espaces quasi inexistants pour poser les articles de toilettes. Salle de bain totalement à revoir.
La télévision ne fonctionnait pas.
