Fantastic location and comfortable, clean room
Pros:

Fantastic location right on the river. Quiet but still close enough to restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, letting us check in early and giving us a room upgrade, free of charge. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. The wooden interior is beautiful! The breakfast was also great and varied. Would definitely stay again!

Ruhige Lage und gepflegte Anlage, aber mit deutlichem Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke und wir wurden am Anreisetag herzlich empfangen.
Insgesamt ist das Hotel klein und fein und verfügt über eine gepflegte Anlage.
Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, dass auf unsere Beschwerde wegen der lauten Nachbarn direkt reagiert wurde. Nachdem die Gäste vom Hotel darauf hingewiesen wurden, war anschließend Ruhe.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir bereits am ersten Tag Gäste im Nachbarzimmer, die zwischen 0 und 3 Uhr nachts sowohl im Zimmer als auch direkt vor der Tür sehr laut waren. Ich verstehe nicht, wie manche Gäste zu solchen Uhrzeiten derart rücksichtslos gegenüber anderen Hotelgästen sein können.
Das Hotel hätte grundsätzlich deutlich mehr Potenzial, allerdings sollten die Betten dringend ausgetauscht werden. Sie waren für uns sehr unbequem.
Unsere Kissen haben zudem unangenehm gemüffelt – siehe Bilder.
Weder die Fenster noch die Türen sind ausreichend schallgedämmt. Durch die teilweise sehr großen Spaltmaße fühlt es sich fast so an, als würde man mit offenen Fenstern und Türen schlafen. Gerade bei lauten Gästen oder vorbeifahrenden Motorrädern ist das sehr störend.
Auch das Frühstücksmenü sollte dringend überarbeitet werden. Bei manchen Gerichten wird beispielsweise angegeben, dass Bacon enthalten ist. Bei der Suppe hingegen wird kein Fleisch erwähnt, trotzdem wurde uns eine Suppe mit Schweinefleisch serviert. Eine entsprechende Kennzeichnung im Menü wäre hier unbedingt notwendig. Mir ist dadurch leider der Appetit vergangen.
Die frisch ausgetauschten Handtücher waren teilweise noch feucht.
Außerdem gibt es sowohl im Badezimmer als auch direkt vor der Eingangstür ein Ameisenproblem. Aufgrund der großen Spaltmaße sollte man daher besser kein offenes Essen oder Knabberzeug im Zimmer liegen lassen.

Everything was absolutely wonderful! The staff was incredibly helpful, warm, and attentive. Everything was spotless, tidy, and peaceful. The breakfasts were delicious with a great variety. Perfect location—quiet, convenient, and lovely. Highly recommend to everyone!

Très bon accueil et gentillesse du personnel.
Situation de l'hôtel à proximité de tous les points d'intérêt de Luang Prabang et toutefois au calme. Bon petit déjeuner.

A peaceful and beautiful experience.
Pros:

Villa Sirikili River View was the best accomodation of my whole South East Asia trip. Bun and his sister Tun were so happy and helpful. Nothing was a problem. The room was great, it was quiet but still close to everything. Bun suggested the best tour , Tun made the best breakfast. I will be back and I would highly recommend Villa Sirikili River View
