I had a wonderful stay at hotel. The room was perfect, and the overall atmosphere and vibes were truly enjoyable. I was also very pleased with the breakfast—it was excellent—and the team was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay.
I would also like to Hotel for the late check-out , it was greatly appreciated.
I do have one small comment for your consideration. During a room service order, I was asked while paying the bill if I would like to add a tip. I believe it might be better not to ask this directly, as guests who wish to leave a tip would naturally do so on their own, without feeling any pressure.
The reception staff were just wonderful and I can't say enough about the great customer service they provided. I was offered a beautiful room upgrade upon check in which was such a welcome surprise and it genuinely enhanced my stay! The hotels location allows for an easy walk to the corniche, or into the mall which is directly attached, allowing for shopping and ease of access to food options, a quick coffee, etc.

The breakfast was included in our rate and was excellent. I normally don’t like buffets, but this was particularly good - wide choice of dishes, and excellent, friendly staff. Our room attendant was great too - he seemed to be able to attend to our room by magic - very unobtrusive.
We checked in after midnight, following a 7 hour flight from Ireland. At check in, we were informed that the power to our rooms would be turned off at 2 a.m. due to maintenance works on our floor. By the time we got to our room it was 01.20, so we had only 40 minutes to get settled and into bed. The lights went off on schedule at 0200, and we could not understand why we couldn’t have been given a different room, given the size of the property
