Equipe muito atenciosa nas informações, estacionamento no hotel, quarto grande e espaçoso. Após o check out, ficamos na piscina e nos forneceram toalhas.

La propiedad está muy bien.
En mi caso precise un médico y créanme amigo me podría haber muerto! Si llegaba a tener una peritonitis o un ataque al corazón me moría en el hotel, el personal de guardia no tiene ni idea que hacer en situaciones de emergencia y el hotel no tiene nada previsto al respecto, si te descompones te moris ahí mismo
Lo que más nos gustó fue la amabilidad del personal y la ubicación.
Las instalaciones necesitan ser renovadas o mejor mantenidas. Había varias cosas que no funcionaban: el armario de la habitación se caía a pedazos y el enchufe de la mesita de noche no funcionaba. Las toallas y sábanas estaban viejas y pese a que estaban limpias se notaba su uso. Es un detalle que incluya el desayuno pero es muy básico, tal vez demasiado.
Breakfast was quite full: unlimited fruits, eggs, toasts, cheese, meat, vegetables, cereals.
Room was spacious and clean.

There was nothing to hang the wet clothes after the beach to dry.

Relación calidad precio. El desayuno muy básico, jamón de baja calidad, habitación extremadamente pequeña.
Sehr nahe am Nationalpark und Strand. Parkplatz hatten wir auch direkt beim Hotel.
Wir hatten ein Standard-Zimmer. Im Bad hatte es wenig Ablagefläche, in der Wand hatte es Löcher, vermutlich gab es mal ein Brett für mehr Ablage, was nun fehlt. Der Pool ist sehr abgenutzt. Vermutlich müsste man wieder einmal renovieren. Das Frühstück-Buffet war ok, aber auch nicht überwältigend gut.
Location is unbeatable : 2 min. from M.A. Park & 5 min. from beach ( walking along a beach trail) and from main Tracopa bus station as well. . Most of staff is gentle , cooperative and helpful ( especially, Donna , Mariana & the 2 cleaning ladies). Room is spacious , comfortable bed and a new fridge. Breakfast is open buffet an on site. All day Free tea, coffe & water. Swimming pool is a big plus. Entire place is safe & spotless clean.
1-Shower & TV were broken, but they bought new ones on the next day on request. 2- Pool needs more attention. 3- Hot water pressure was weak. 4-My room only window was facing reception, means that curtains must be closed all time. 4- thin walls makes me hear all noises of neighbour restaurant kitchen through the w.c. BUT , all these are MINORS facing A A GREAT HOTEL VALUE.

Lo único bueno de este hotel es su proximidad al Parque Nacional. Todo lo demás es desastroso, empezando por el precio. Pagamos 300 usd la noche por una habitación familiar y esperábamos encontrarnos con un lindo lugar para dormir. Las instalaciones no están bien mantenidas, la habitación era realmente fea, los colchones no deben renovarse hace años al igual que las toallas y las almohadas. El baño no tiene ni un estante para apoyar las cosas …
Todo. Me fui totalmente decepcionada del precio que pagué. Parece un motel de ruta más que un hotel de 300 usd la noche. Otro punto es el personal que tiene un trato muy poco amigable (a excepto de la recepción). Las señoras que están en el desayuno se molestan si les pedis algo que ya no hay en las mesas, y cinco minutos antes del horario de finalización te levantan las cosas de la mesa y pasan un trapo en la cara. El dispenser de agua para uso común en el desayuno lo rellenan con un envase de VANISH (detergente para la ropa) reutilizado. Todo en este hotel nos pareció mal. No lo recomiendo. Por el mismo monto se pueden hospedar en lugares mucho mejores.
La ubicación, a media cuadra del parque y a 3 cuadras de la playa.
Es carísimo para lo que ofrece. El cuarto no tiene espacio de guardado. El baño no tiene donde apoyar las cosas, ni donde colgar las toallas dado que no tiene ni ganchos. Las toallas que nos dejaban eran de pésima calidad y todas diferentes. Las almohadas también, todas diferentes, altas y duras o bien finitas.
Con respecto al personal de recepción, amorosos.
Ahora las señoras que ayudaban en el desayuno un desastre. Malhumoradas, a todo lo que les pedíamos nos decían que no tenían más. Algunas desayunaban ahí mientras se les pedían cosas.
El desayuno terminaba a las 9 y 8:30
Les pedíamos más fruta y nos decían que no tenía más. Lo mismo con el pan. Cómo puede un hotel que cobra tan cara la noche, no prever para estar abastecido todo el desayuno ? Y por último, llenaban el agua del desayuno, el agua fría con un balde de Vanish, nada menos higiénico que eso.
No lo recomiendo! Carísimo y feo.
