Nice and cooperative staff
The property location is good, it is good cozy stay for a family !! Good pool
Breakfast was very good. Served hot and the staff tried to fulfill our needs. Hotel staff were very friendly and cooperative and accommodative.
Would prefer to stay again at Rudveda on the next visit to Jim Corbett National Park
Nothing like that
The staff duped us into overpaying for the rooms that we took. The good part is they were guilty and offered us dinner on the house for it. When we complained that the family suite (which was not really a suite) was dirty, they gave us two rooms. However, these rooms were only 14K per night, while we ended up paying 26K
The staff knew that our reservation was grossly overcharged. They made us pay for the room before inspecting even though they knew that booking.com allows free cancellation until 6pm that day. So, they made us pay 26K for the family suite for 2 nights, which in actual cost was only 14K. To assuage their guilt, they later offered us dinner on the house. The rooms were dirty, the restaurant unclean, food was so so. The pics they have put up in booking.com is also very misleading especially for the family suite

Da es sehr stark windete wurden einige Blätter unter der Tür durchgeweht. Einmal am Tag kurz rauswischen und das Toilettenpapier auffüllen wäre super gewesen.
The property was really well maintained, the host Prakash was very accommodating and we had a pleasant stay. The commute to local town is 5-10 min drive and there is enough to do around during the day.

The staff is very supportive and all the needs are taken care of. The hotel has a swimming pool which is the best part for families with children.
The place is a little far from Ramnagar city. On the app it shows in the middle of Ramnagar city. The hotel is more near to Dhangrhi gate compared to Ramnagar gate.
Overall, I had a great experience with the resort; staff was incredibly helpful and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean. I enjoyed my stay with the family.

Not much facilities. Staff first interaction was very rude. Less parking spot. Worked up in the middle of night for move car. Had to wait 30 min and call manager for gate opening in morning. Property was under renovation but no information for the same at the time of booking
