Pleasantly Surprised- Exceeded my Expectations

The hotel was CLEAN.. it smelled good.. the staff memebers were great... our room was very spacious.. it was conveniently located near popular places to eat and shop. I have nothing negative to say about my hotel stay.

Cons:

WE specifically asked to have new towels and linens on Day 2 and did not receive them. We had a disjointed reservation and explained although it looked like it was Day 1 - it was our Day 2 in the room. We had to go an get clean towels. They did follow up the next day which was great.
