Bad experience with services/facilities but otherwise property has good potential
Cons:

Bad experience for what could have been a lot better experience. The house itself has a very good interior and the actual house is a better than the online pictures. However our experience is ruined by many service related issues. We experienced a loss of electricity intermittently, lack of drinking water (as it was connected to mains) and most frustrating lack of basic things such as hot water in the morning. It took awfully long for the geyser to heat the water and it took us about 2 hours and 30 mins for group of 6 to do bath in the morning. When asked we received ridiculous excuses such as the neighbours trip the fuse outside sometimes intentionally. If they could fix these basic things it could be a great stay.
