Pros:

Great location with a convenience store and subway station nearby. Good size room for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers.

Wonderful hotel!
Pros:

The front desk staff were fantastic - easily the best on our trip!
The room was comfortable and quiet. The washer-dryer worked REALLY well.
Location was good, a very short walk to the train stations and restaurants.

Cons:

The light from the street was a little bright in the room, but did not hinder our sleep. If you have difficulty sleeping with any light in the room, it could be hard for you.

Pros:

The location is very convenient: Kyoto Station can easily be reached on foot, and it is simple to reach the city center and the main attractions by bus or metro.
The instructions before arrival were very clear, which made it very easy to find the property and understand the check-in procedure. The reception is available until midnight, and from early morning there is always friendly and helpful staff present.
The room was beautiful, with great attention to detail and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was excellent.
Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it.

Pros:

有兩間廁所，人多超方便！客廳區跟床鋪是可以用拉門隔開來的，隔音效果好，早睡的人跟晚睡的不會互相影響！還有dyson 吹風機可以使用

Cons:

晚上偶爾會聽到街道上車子行駛的聲音，但是能接受的範圍。飯店備品的牙刷超級硬很不好刷，如果不習慣的人建議自行準備。

Apartment hotel close to Station
Pros:

Great value as we accessed an opening special. Our room accommodated our group of 2 adults and 2 teens easily, using the lounge as additional bedding. Well equipped room with washing machine / dryer. Location was good, only a short walk to Kyoto Station with easy access to the metro and buses. Well equipped with great instructions on how to use appliances.

Cons:

Would prefer 4 beds, not having to use the lounge for beds.

Very big room and last minute very affordable
Pros:

As we were very disappointed by another hotel we booked, we cancelled that one and found this one for the same price and just opposite of the street. The room was very big with two double beds. Very clean. Nice modern bathroom. Big sofa to hang out and watch some TV. Cute little kitchen and a washing machine even.
