أنا من رواد الفندق منذ أن تأسس وكل شيء كان تمام وأعتبر الفندق فندقي لدرجة إني أرتب الغرفة قبل أسلمها ، آخر مرة زرت الفندق
حصلت موظف مصري توه جاي من فرع وادي الدواسر، اخذت غرفة عادية وكان معي عائلة وطلبت منه بطانيات وطراحات وبالعلة يوفر لنا ثلاث بطانيات مع مخدات وطراحتين ، طبعاً رفض يعطينا زيادة بحجة الزباين، وللمعلومية الفندق كان نصة فاضي تقريباً. طبعاً أنا أعرف أني طالب زيادة عن الحد المطلوب ولكن كونها المرة الأولى اللي أطلب فيها وغير كذا أنا عميل من تأسس الفندق المفترض مايعمليني بهالطريقة . المهم حجزت بالفندق بعدها بأسبوعين ، تفاجأت الفندق يتصل علي ويقول الموظف ترى الغرفة ماتستوعب أكثر من اثنين موجايب جيب سبعة نفس المرة الأولى ، المهم وبخته ، وعرفت ان الموظف المصري هو مرسله علي يقول لي هالكلام، أولاً كيف عرف ان عددنا سبعة وحنا مامرينا من عند الاستقبال نهائياً لابالدخول ولا بالخروج ( كنا ندخل مع المواقف للغرفة مباشرة) معناته كان يراقبنا بالكاميرات، بالله كيف آخذ راحتي بفندق زي كذا ، غير كذا ماقدر هالسنوات اللي ماكنت أسكن إلا عندهم غالبا ً
وللمعلومية المرة الأخيرة رفض يسكني بالغرفة، بحجة اني قبل اسبوعين كان عددنا زائد على الغرفة فقلت له انا معي حجز من البوكينج واذا مانت مدخلني في الغرفة راح اتواصل مع الجهات المسؤولة فأعطاني المفتاح
تعامل الموظف المصري كرهني بالفندق
تجربة لن تتكرر إن شاء الله

تعامل الموظف المصري سئ جداً جداً لا اذكر اسمه ولكنه قصير القامه…يتمتع بكاريزما غير مقبوله تماماً
وهذا سبب كنسلتي للاقامة مع اني دفعت المبلغ ورفض ارجاعه
مع الايام بمر الفندق واذكر اسمه هنا

اعتقد انها اول واخر مره اسكن فيه للاسف
