Pleasant hotel with great breakfast and views from rooftop restaurant.
Pros:

It was convenient to the office for me. The rooms are great, clean and seems newly renovated. The breakfast with the views were outstanding.
The staff was very kind and helpful solving my issues.

Cons:

I booked an upgraded larger room but the window was small for the large room. I got switched to a normal room that had a larger window. I also got stuck in the lift which was unpleasant but it resolved very quickly.

Simply amazing
Pros:

What an amazing Hotel. We stayed from 3rd of March Till the 20th of March and we had an amazing time. From the person who helps at the SPA who is always smiling, from the Lady and gentlemen behind the reception, to the cleaning ladies and the amazing people at the Restaurant. Every day you made our stay comfortable. All of you are amazing. Can’t thank you enough!

Excellent service, some questionable prices
Pros:

The staff were all excellent, welcoming and helpful. They are a credit to the brand
Breakfast was great every day
Cleaning team fantastic, the room was always clean with plenty of ammeneties

Cons:

The price of 2 slices of cake and 2 coffees, £25 was very expensive!
It was right next to a very busy road and interception and was very noisy

Good overall
Pros:

The hotel is well designed, room is beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Majority of personnel is kind and helpful.

Cons:

The most strange thing is that they said that take away breakfast which we requested is charged extra, but they do and exception for us. Which strange, because it seems to be a basic option for those who had an early flight. Also the sheets were deity on one of the bed, but it was quickly changed on request. Air conditioning did not work properly, and it was quite fresh in the room. The location is quite remote and not very pleasant. Even though the metro station should be somewhere near, you need a bus with several changes to get to any popular destination.

Pros:

Ne’am simtit extraordinar, vom reveni. Camerele mari si curate,parcare subterana gratis ceea ce este un plus in istanbul , micul dejun bun si diversificat,personalul foarte atent si placut.

Cons:

Nu exista ceva sa nu ne fi placut.

Yes, I Would Come Back To This Hotel Again! Nice, Modern and Great Breakfast Options!
Pros:

(1) Rooms are nice & modern
(2) Breakfast is really good, they have a very large variety of good options to choose from (*which definitely was another main reason why I chose to stay at this hotel again, to be honest with you)
(3) Good location and a short drive from all of the things that you're trying to do in Istanbul (*especially considering how inexpensive the Ride Sharing Services are as compared to the U.S.)
(4) Ali was Great! He provided exemplary customer service and is a wonderful gentleman!!!

Cons:

(1) These rooms are not "sound proof" despite the claims. Fortunately, this time the people in the adjacent rooms weren't too loud.
(2) There was a very old, torn up and tattered ironing board in my room. There was no good reason for an ironing board in this type of condition to be in a hotel room at all, especially a respectable & modern hotel like this.
