Geweldig personeel behulpzaam

Locatie schoon en veilig
Verjaardag van mijn zoon hoefde ik maar appje te sturen en werd gelijk geregeld door en aardige dame.

Contact met de personeel ivm taxi regelen voor airport werd gelijk zonder moeite geregeld.

Прекрасен хотел!
Pros:

Мястото е спокойно, чистотата е на ниво, персоналът много любезен и отзивчив. Важен детайл е възможността за паркинг. Закуската- богата и разнообразна, а ресторантът - с невероятно приятна атмосфера, допълнена с лек джаз и гледка. Изобщо… класа!

Pros:

Personalul foarte amabil și drăguț. Micul dejun a fost foarte variat și bogat, produse proaspete, bine pregătite, curățenie. Am primit loc de parcare și cazare in momentul in care am ajuns in locație. Din punctul nostru de vedere totul a fost OK

Cons:

Nu mi-a plăcut faptul că a trebuit să plec prea curând, dar cu siguranță voi reveni pentru o perioadă mai lungă și sigur voi căuta aceeași locație

Pros:

Micul dejun a fost excelent! Locatia foarte buna, aproape de statia de metrou Osmanbey.Personalul hotelului este foarte atent cu turistii. Primeam mesaj in fiecare zi ,ne intrebau daca ne simtim bine si daca intampinam ceva probleme.Curatenie exemplara.
Din partea noastra hotelul primeste punctaj maxim.
Am fost foarte multumiti, vom reveni cu drag!
