كل شي في المكان بدون استثناء جميل وامان مكانه قريب منك بقاله صغيره وقريب مطاعم كوفيات تقدر تروح مشي لنيشان تاشي وغيره وتقدر تاخذ اوبر اللي تبي.. مريح وجميل وكل موظفين الفندق متعاونين الفطور حق الفندق حلوه واعلى دور ومشرق وفيه اوت دور الغرفه حلوه وفيها سيفتي بوكس وفيها ادوات تنظيف والتنظيف يومي نظيفين مره ويغيرون كل شي باستمرار في موظفه من ال housekeeping طيبه وعسل ومبتسمه دائماً ومتعاونه ولطيفه جداً جداً اتمنى تكون موجوده اذا جيت مره ثانيه اسمها عايشه الله يسعدها .. وكل الشكر للجميع 🙏🌷

Affordable, excellent, great service.
Pros:

The breakfast was amazing, always variety and one of the best I have seen. Staff was excellent, above and beyond in all the details.

Cons:

Would be nice to have a 'take away' coffee or chai bar with service you can leave with, without using glass cups.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and comfort to the service and overall hospitality. A very special thank you to Ms. Marwa and Ms. Taqwa for their exceptional support, kindness, and professionalism. They truly made our experience even more memorable.

We would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Cons:

The only negative point was the condition of the shuttle bus that picked us up from the airport. Unfortunately, the vehicle was quite old and worn out. Apart from this minor issue, our hotel stay was absolutely fantastic.

Pros:

excellent breakfast on the top floor was fantastic, great view and great staff especially one staff, Maroua, who could speak multiple languages, very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Raport calitate pret, excelent
Pros:

Personal extrem de amabil, la sosire am avut parte de un upgrade al camerei fara cost suplimentar.
Camera spatioasa si curata, micul dejun variat si bun.
Locatia la aproximativ 10 min de metrou.
Raport calitate pret excelent.

Cons:

Cele 2 lifturi sunt destul de mici, iar la orele de varf cum ar fi dimineata, le asteptai destul de mult.
Aerul conditionat nu a mers pe caldura si a fost destul de racoroasa camera si totodata destul de zgomotoasa pe timpul noptii.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramada Hotel! Everything went smoothly from the moment we arrived, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even arranged an early check-in for us, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was very good, and the overall service was excellent.

A special thank you to Takwa from Guest Relations, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and attentive. She truly made our experience even better!

Highly recommended for the great hospitality, friendly staff, and excellent service. We would definitely love to stay here again!
