Maravillosa
Pros:

Muy cómodo, discreto, silencioso, se descansa muy bien.
El personal estupendo, en especial Rocio, que nos atendió muy bien, y con mucha amabilidad a pesar de las horas, entrada la noche...,
Angel también fue muy atento.

Cons:

Realmente, sería muy fácil decir: el parking. Pero sinceramente hay que entender dónde estás. Por mi parte el tener el parking a unos minutos no es un problema, merece la pena andar unos pasitos para llegar a este maravilloso hotel.

Excellent séjour, hôtel très chic, personnel accueillant, belle chambre et super petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé dans le centre de Tolède, au pied de la cathédrale.
Super rapport qualité/prix, il est impossible de trouver la même qualité à ce prix en France.
Excellent petit déjeuner, produits de qualité. Hôtel très calme.
Personnel très accueillant. Très belle chambre, bien équipée.

Cons:

Pas de parking à côté, il faut descendre et monter à plusieurs reprises entre le parking de la ville et l'hôtel. Mais cela est normal car on est dans une ville historique et médiévale. :-)

gorgeous historic building in perfect location
Pros:

fabulous location: just steps away from the cathedral yet super-quiet. Staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and accommodating. Atmosphere was calm and sophisticated. Room was very well appointed and beds were super-comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a city-centre stay with all sights within easy walking distance (provided you can cope with cobbles and steep slopes!).

there was nothing that I did not like about this hotel

Pudo ser pero no fué
Pros:

El desayuno es a las 8, yo dejé el hotel a las 6,30, por lo tanto no puedo opinar ( estaba pagado).

Cons:

El horario del desayuno, he estado en bastantes hoteles y muchos tienen el comedor abierto a esa hora.

Hotel con una ubicación excelente, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la cuidad, cerca de todo.
La cama muy cómoda y la limpieza de la habitación, también a destacar.

Central to town and professional , friendly staff.Amazing town and the hotel was carefully decorated as not to loose the historic feel .
The little extras were appreciated,thank you!

Cons:

Parking could be an issue but luckily the police gave us permission to park next to the other side of the cathedral with our blue badge.
