Pros:

The staff are super helpful. The recent renovation is attractive. The addition of a lounge with coffee and tea is an excellent addition.

Cons:

The new smart tvs need to be smart. Streaming apps have been deleted. The balcony had no chair to sit on, and there was no table and chairs in the one bedroom so no way to actually use the balcony.

Great will stay again.
Pros:

The Gardens Mall entrance and TWG is just next to the hotel entrance. Super convenient! Bellboy are super attentive, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Nothing but hotel receptionist can be better trained in communication and conversational skills.

We want to come back but really worry about the ant issues.
Pros:

The location and staff are great. We would have great time if there isn’t any ant issues.

Cons:

Lots of ants crawling around the rooms, not only kitchen area, but also lounge and bedrooms. It’s a serious issues that need to be taken care of serious action.
