It is a beautiful property.

Cons:

Please look around for electricity in the rooms specially in washrooms when there is no light it is very difficult to manage. Also, geyser issue is also there.

Good property. Can be excellent if points mentioned above are considered for improvement.
Pros:

Rooms are neat. Extremely friendly staff. Layout of breakfast and dinner was good. Good pool and recreational facilities. Camel, horse and vintage car ride are an attraction.

Cons:

1. House keeping and area maintenance need improvement.
2. Intercom facility not avbl. It is the need of the hour.
3. 24x7 availability of room service N/A
4. Stable power supply is required at all times.
5. Around 6 kms of drive from property to highway is treacherous.
6. Crockery (tea cups/bowls) need immediate replacement.
7. Most important is the privacy of guests should be maintained at all times. Loud music and parties in the lawn next to rooms should be avoided wie post evening hours.

They had generator and staff issues. ACs were. Not working properly, swimming pool, rain dance, gym, nothing were not operational. There was no staff to even switch on lights in recreational area.
Food serving was delayed,
Rooms were small and there was no TV in room (I didn't check that in advance)

Place has potential, but the area outside the entrance gate was a garbage dump and unsightly!
Pros:

Pleasant garden where breakfast was served.

Cons:

Room was very small and bathroom was basic. The condition of the road (7 kms) was horrendous with potholes, dust. Upon checkout, there was an attempt to cheat us out of 2,000 INR which we had paid in advance. That amount was included in the bill. A big fuss ensued and the manager then wanted payment in USD after we had been told upon booking that credit cards were accepted. So be very careful and review your bill.
