Very poor
Pros:

The view is amazing and the location is very strategic. Near the airport, malls, Bgc etc.

Cons:

The apartment itself is not what was advetised. It looks different and definitely needs maintenance. The toilet and main bedroom doors were broken. The AC filters were disgustingly dirty as well as the bed sheets are stained.
Prior to booking, it was not informed that the pool was paid. Its updated only after I informed them we were being charged AED 200 / head / day.
The customer service takes too long to respond. I have to contact them before arriving to ask for which apt., wifi password etc. No welcome messages to assist you with checking in and no response to complaints either.
Not worrth the money at all.
