Nothing as per say...
First it all started with the arrival of my family at the hotel. The sales team just had to sell the room without proper information to the hotel staff. Even after explaining atleast twice only one day before at 14000 that we shall be reaching the hotel at morning 0700-0800 and checkout on next day at 1700 that weather get they can provide us the room at those times or not. They assured they can if the rooms are available which the hotel on ground staff team had no idea about and they denied the check-in.
It was all total chaos for 1hr in getting 1 single room for to refresh ourselves and we were promised room till 1100 which we gotten finally at 1315.
After entering the room we realised this isn't a 2000INR premium worth room as the whole room can't be used because of a support beam running just after the window reducing the carpet area and movement inside the room. The drawers were partially broken, no mirrors inside the room. The upkeep of the room was not upto the mark only bathroom was good but then again the water pressure was miserable.
The breakfast we had was too pathetic one single thinnest aloo paratha was 90 bucks with pathetic tea.
At the time of check-out explaining the same to the caretaker Akshay that this is what we are getting in 2000 whereas what we have seen after checking out other hotel rooms in 2000. He was all but not more than a sorry for the experience as from the start he was unaware of the days and words shared with the sales team and is our role he would have definately done something, didn't say much about the price and condition of the room as sales team does the pricing banking on Ranveer Singh's photo.
it was a nice stay in hotel nest. located in best and beautiful location Dalhousie.
Room view were great, service was good, food delicious. overall it was a good stay.

The hotel has terrace space where you can chill at the night and enjoy the view of the amazing star lit skies in the night.
