Extremely Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Property

Only the location was somewhat good

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. Despite having a confirmed booking, I was not allotted a room upon arrival and was made to wait for over 30 minutes. Only after being harassed for an additional payment—beyond the confirmed booking price—was I finally given a room.

The problems didn't stop there.

Breakfast was not served, yet I was still asked to pay.

Cleanliness was abysmal—the room was dirty and poorly maintained.

Lighting was a major issue—the lights were turned off at night, and the toilet had no working light throughout the night.

The air conditioner was leaking water inside the room, making the stay extremely uncomfortable.

Overall, this was one of the worst hospitality experiences I've ever had. I would not recommend this property to anyone unless serious improvements are made in service, cleanliness, and basic guest care

In Sitamarhi very few options are better than this hotel.
