Pros:

Had trouble getting transportation to a restaurant. Desk clerk was very helpful getting me an Uber. Very grateful for that.

Pros:

Location is good, the hotel itself is good too.

Cons:

The staff is not polite, but not all of them. The deposit never came back to my card, even though I had a confirmation email that it should be back within several days. It’s been almost 2 months now. Not a big problem or big sum of money, but it spoils reputation of the whole Marriott chain.

Great stay in New York!
Pros:

Everything! Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel; clean and spacious rooms. The price is normal. Location is great, close to anything you want to see or visit in New York.

A really good base for New York. Decent size, clean rooms; helpful staff, no complaints. It’s great.
Pros:

Great location, very nice helpful staff, great area downstairs where you can sit / work / have breakfast. Definitely will stay there next time.

Welcoming return, thanks to Crystal at the front desk.
Pros:

Crystal at the front desk was wonderful throughout my stays. She remembers preferences from previous visits, helps make room arrangements easy, and has a welcoming way of making guests feel looked after. She is a great representative of the hotel - If you are staying here and need a little help with anything, Crystal is definitely the person to look for.

Cons:

There can be more attention to guest privacy, particularly with housekeeping communication and being mindful of occupied rooms. Clearer communication around housekeeping visits would make the experience feel more considerate.
