Quite satisfied.
Pros:

The rooms are quite new. They are very clean. The room I stayed was a bit small and had no view, but I was spending all my time out sightseeing, so this was not a major issue. It is quite central, 5 mins walking to Times square and 5 mins walking to metro (e.g central Penn Station). The staff are very polite and helpful. No long waits at the receiption. The prices are reasonable for NYC, I guess. In overall, I am pretty satisfied.

Cons:

The room I was staying was a bit small, but I was OK with it.

Booking should disclose that you have to pay extra fees when you arrive on property. I had to pay an extra 150.00$ which I thought was covered by the price when it says "taxes and fees included"
