Breakfast is until 08h00...I missed it on both days. A cold shower in the middle of winter is really not great.

Rooms was clean and really neat,

Cons:

Apon arrival , we were not told what time check out time is , we were not given the breakfast option i had to go back online to check and read in the file in the room, the shower was definitly a no go. The had the hand held shower in the room we were given and water was running really slow.

Great accommodations but...
Pros:

The facilities are really good and clean. Also conveniently located with ample parking

Cons:

Specifically booked here because they have backup power and air conditioning but they are busy switching from a generator to solar and the first day there was no aircon. I asked the receptionist about it twice and eventually she cane and switched on the DB board. The problem was that after my second query she was really unfriendly to the point of being rude. On the last day she was sitting chatting with other staff in the dining room while my colleague waited at the front desk to check out. She knew he was waiting there. Better communication about changes happening and friendlier receptionist would have gotten you 5 stars.

Fit for business travellers
Pros:

Nice and clean. Well organized to accommodate loadshedding. Wifi and plugs all work during. Well communicated on schedules as well.

Cons:

No space to put your suitcase so you need continously pick it up and put it back on the floor if you live out of your suitcase.
Kept on hitting myself against the dstv shelf because of the limited space at the foot of the bed.
