Location, pool, great beds and pool
Rooms are compact
Great location close to main area but still quiet. Nice roof top bar. Great service, clean comfortable beds.
Rooms are small, I know it in the city but they are compact.
Good location, near BTS. Breakfast was not bad as eggs can be cooked to my preference. Very clean, no funny odours and always have enough complimentary bottled water. Best of all - enough pillows to sleep & cuddle.
Turning on the TV channels can be a challenge as there is no channel guide to watch my preferred channel - CNA. The free wifi took a while to login; needed to seek help from the reception(male) to go to my room to connect wifi.
The facilities are very clean and organized. I had a room that had a separate living room and bedroom and that was nice. The staff is awesome and seems always ready to help. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining my room and that must have been tough. The bed was comfortable! The gym was pretty good. The pool seemed small but once I was swimming, it was actually pretty big and very clean.
The shower water was never more than Luke-warm. That was frustrating. The location is good but when walking to the main road, you pass about 7 small bars that are aggressive in trying to get you in.

חובה לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר , היא בהחלט מכוונת לאוכלוסיה מאוד מסוימת ולכן יש אורז ומרק וכדומה אבל בארוחת בוקר צריך עוד גיוון של חביתות ,בייקון, סלטים וכדומה אפשר גם להגדיל את האופציות במתוקים ולא רק משהו אחד שמתקשה מתחת לתנור
Location is amazing, very quiet place in the middle of Sukhumvit
The pillow and mattress, not that comfy
Roof terrace for breakfast, drinks and relaxing by the pool, was great.

Good stuff
j'ai fait un premier séjour de 3 nuits que j'ai ensuite prolongé (cette fois pour 9nuits), d'un point de vue comfort, propreté, calme j'étais plus que ravi !! au top ! le personnel est parfait également. ravi d'avoir trouvé cet hotel, ce sera definitivement celui de mes prochains stop a Bangkok. l'emplacement n'est pas forcement parfait (nana..) mais l'hotel en lui meme est tres appreciable. j'ai tout aimé, piscine et service au top !!
ma seule critique sera pour le petit dejeuner (le reste etait parfait de mon points de vue) : au total j'ai passé 19 nuits dans cet hotel (entre mon séjour préalable et les prolongations qui ont suivies) et finalement le petit dejeuner est tout a fait ok, pas forcement le meilleur pour un 4* mais vraiment pas mal, le seul vrai point négatif du petit dejeuner : les jus de fruits, les derniers jours j'ai fini par simplement acheter des jus a l'exterieur et les amener pour le petit dejeuner.. le reste vous avez choix sur la cuisson des oeufs, un buffet salade, un buffet chaud, des viennoiseries (les pancakes a la fin étaient pas mal!) et les jours ou ils ferment le buffet chaud (car pas suffisamment de reservation pour le petit dejeuner ?) ils offrent le choix de plat fait sur un menu a la carte ! ce qui est encore mieux, ces plats étaient tres bons !
