Pros:

Excellent location, very clean, extremely friendly staff, and a beautiful room.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower could have been a bit stronger, but it wasn’t a major issue.

Conveniently located right in the historic district, beautiful touches such as stone floors in the lobby, hard wood in the room, elegant furniture and lighting, and immaculately clean.

Cons:

Loved everything! Including the bustling charming town of Puebla!

Lovely staff and a great location.
Pros:

Great location, staff are wonderful. The rooms are designed nicely, and I had a big shower.

Cons:

Towels looked a little worn and off white. For a 4 star I would expect them to be a little nicer. And for anyone that struggles with a soft mattress, this could be a negative for you!

Excelente estancia
Pros:
