NO ME HOSPEDE, ME COBRARON IGUAL, Y NO ME DEJARON CAMBIAR LA FECHA CUANDO MI TARIFA LO PERMITIA.

Luego de MESES esperando una respuesta formal del hotel, no tuvieron la decencia de hacerse cargo de sus mismas INEPTITUDES Y ERRORES.
Tuve un problema personal tres días antes de mi check in. No saque una tarifa reembolsable pero SI que se podía hacer CAMBIOS de fechas antes de la fecha de ingreso.
48 hs Antes de mi supuesto check in, avise al hotel que mediante la web de booking estaba intentando hacer el cambio de fechas pero que, casualidad, misteriosamente, no se podía realizar por un problema de la web.
Los llame por teléfono y me dijeron que el problema hay que solucionarlo con booking que reserve con esta plataforma, y booking me decía que lo tenían que resolver ellos.
En cuestión no se hacen cargo de un problema que ellos mismos tuvieron, me cobraron toda la estadía AUN cuando no me presente y no me dieron la posibilidad de cambiar la fecha, no tengo problemas con que sea cualquier fecha que ellos quieran darme, ya que tengo flexibilidad. pero les importo más cobrar que hacer las cosas bien.
CONCLUSION: JAMAS me hospedaría en un hotel donde no cumplen el mismo servicio que ellos ofrecen.
un desastre, ESTAFA 100%. Quiza el hotel tenga cosas buenas, pero el personal, la administración y la gestión, es de personas con poca capacidad para resolver. obviamente, no les importa.

Cons:

המגבות בחדר היו מלוכלכות והיו עליהן כתמים צהובים/כתומים, הרעש של המזגן היה בלתי נסבל והפריע כל הלילה, לא ישנתי.
המזרון היה לא נוח בכלל או אולי אפילו ישן, היה בו שקע שגרם לכימור בצוואר שלי וזה היה נורא, קמתי עם כאבים בצוואר.
הזרם במקלחת היה חלש מאוד ולא הצלחתי לחפוף את השיער הארוך שלי כמו שצריך.
לא אחזור יותר למלון זה!

Excelente ubicación, limpieza impecable
Pros:

En general me gustó, un lugar tranquilo para descansar después de caminar mucho por la ciudad. Todo estaba limpio y organizado, limpiaron el cuarto todos los días, me volvería a alojar en mi próximo viaje.

Great location for a comfortable stay in centre NYC
Pros:

Room was lovely and clean. Amazing location to get to and from. Had all the right facilities. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. One of the ‘cheaper’ options (although still very pricey) but worth happy with the room.

Cons:

Tv didn’t work and not much natural light as window opened towards a brick wall. (Although we were out all days so didn’t bother us too much).

Cons:

Pre ordered a fridge but didn’t get one despite being told three occasions it was coming when a room checked out . Ended up cancelling it day before end of my stay .

整体很棒，值得推荐！
Pros:

设施较新，USB插口很多 很方便。行政房面积较大，特别是在这个地理位置很难得，而且这个位置很适合City walk，也挺安静的。最值得表扬的是员工服务，特别好!我当时把房间的时间订错了一个月，异国他乡特别无助（系统显示我的订单不能退也不能改），前台三位工作人员( －位美女、两位帅哥)一直耐心的协助我联系平台处理，在双方的共同配合下成功解决，所以也特别感谢当天值夜班的Booking工作人员特别耐心，应我的要求，他一直未挂断电话直到问题解决，让我很安心。

Cons:

希望房间能增加沙发，目前只有书桌有椅子；另外床太软了，有点塌的感觉；能有个冰箱更好
