L’insonorisation des fenêtres serait à revoir.
Le système de climatisation chauffage est assez bruyant et, même à l’arrêt fait du bruit.
Il manque clairement de rangements dans la chambre, d’une assise autre que le lit et de support pour poser les valises.
Pour ceux qui prennent le petit déjeuner, il est servi dans un restaurant juste à côté.

They need better pillows, add a microwave or refrigerator, the TV kept shutting off and would not come back on

Resepsiyonda çalışan beyefendi çok soğuk ve ilgisizdi. Doğru düzgün bilgilendirme yapmadı. Kat görevlileri ondan çok daha güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi.

Not really an issue. But they could have a water dispenser in the reception. They do have one but it’s on the 2nd floor outside and inside the GYM.

* Service was unfortunately quite unfriendly and at times very persistent
* Strong focus on trying to sell airport taxi transfers, even after multiple refusals
* Confusing situation regarding a “pre-booked taxi” we never requested
* Overall uncomfortable communication with staff during check-out and luggage storage
* Some noise from ventilation (even though street noise was limited due to room location)

Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately overshadowed by the disappearance of a bag from our room.

We reported the incident immediately to the hotel staff, expecting it to be treated seriously. However, more than 30 days later, we still have not received any clear update regarding the investigation. To this day, we do not know whether the CCTV footage has even been reviewed.

What is particularly concerning is the apparent lack of urgency and transparency. From a guest’s perspective, it feels as though the hotel either does not care that a theft may have occurred on its premises or simply does not want to take responsibility for investigating it properly.

After numerous emails, phone calls, and lengthy discussions with customer service, we were eventually offered compensation equivalent to two nights. Even then, the amount received was reduced because Booking.com’s commission was deducted, meaning the actual compensation was significantly lower than expected.

To make matters worse, we later realized that the contents missing from the bag were worth considerably more than the amount that was reimbursed.

Despite several follow-up emails requesting updates, we have received absolutely no information regarding the outcome of the investigation. The lack of communication, accountability, and concern shown throughout this process has been extremely disappointing.

A hotel’s true quality is measured by how it handles problems when they arise. Unfortunately, in this case, the response fell far below what we would expect from a professional establishment.

את החדר קיבלנו רק בשלוש וחצי והוא היה די קטן אבל יחסית מסודר בצורה נוחה אז אפשר להסתדר
