Location is great.
Shoutout to Adrian, the front disk employee, was very polite and helpful. Also the maintenance guy anEgyptian guy (forgot his name) was helpful and nice.

Cons:

The heater was very noisy and cannot be turned off (unless plugged it out)
Small room.
Water only in the 2nd floor!

Nice location/Disappointing Stay Due to Heating Issues

the location was pretty nice!

Cons:

We arrived at a very nice room; however, we were moved to a smaller one because the heating system was not working. Despite being moved to a smaller room, we were not given any refund. Unfortunately, the heater in the smaller room did not work either, which made the experience disappointing.

Amazing hotel, 100% would stay again
Pros:

Amazing location, helpful staff, lovely cleaners. Would 100% stay again, ignore negative reviews about water pressure, there’s nothing wrong with it, you’re in the centre of New York so it’s never going to be perfect

Had a 10th floor room away from the elevator - very quiet

Cons:

We had to depart a day early due to looming blizzard. No discount was offered. I understand their policy, but under the circumstances some credit would have been appreciated. I'd still go back.
