Breathtaking
Pros:

The host was amazing, she was friendly and welcoming. She always offered us çay and had a conversation with us. She recommended places for us to go and she was amazing!

Pros:

I like that it felt at home even being away from home Lockman was incredible since I arrive he was pendent on me and my family. He made us tea and help us get to the city. Stay at this property it is fun and very old fashioned architecture.

Cons:

It was really cold in Mardin so I'll say the cold weather but that's the only time in the year that I had vacations. However the hot tea helped

Cosy stay with a beautiful view
Pros:

The patio overlooking the great Mesopotamia Plains with Syria in the horizon is what makes this stay a beautiful and memorable one. The hosts are also super friendly. If feels like staying at your close relative’s place!

Pros:

I love the costumer service on this hotel. It was outstanding. Lockman helped me the minute that I landed to Mardin to get to the property. I had lots of heavy bags and he help me and my husband to carry them up to the property. He served us tea once we arrive, made us feel at home. Walk with us to the main city the next day. He also brought us to take a bus to visit Midyat on my birthday and he made sure I was heading on the right direction. I think he was the best host I have ever met in my whole life. The view of the property is beautiful. I highly reccomend this place.

Cons:

The city was covered in snow when I got there. It was really high snow so it was very difficult to walk around without being challenging but now the snow is gone and I hear this hasn't happened in 10 years so just my luck but location was great right next to the markets

This hotel could have 5 stars
Pros:

The hotel staff was exceptionally guest friendly. We really got a 5-star treatment in this hotel. There was a nice terrace, the room was beautiful and historic with sweet details and nice lighting. There was water, a kettle with cups, tea and coffee in the room. There was soap, shampoo and shower gel for everybody in the bathroom. And we got served endless tea anytime we arrived to the hotel.
Also the staff picked us up from our car anderen carried all our luggages up the stairs to our hotel. He was also available for any questions at any time.

Einfach nur TOP.
Pros:

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön “alt Mardin typisch” eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich wie im “Eski Mardin” (altes Mardin). Die Gastfreundlichkeit von Lokman und Hazal sind super, selten so eine tolle Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Alles einfach nur TOP

Parfait, un hôtel qui nous plonge directement dans l’authenticité de Mardin
Pros:

Hôtel juste incroyable, on est vraiment plongé dans la Mésopotamie, le berceau de la civilisation, totalement fidèle à l’image de Mardin, très authentique, propre avec un très bon rapport qualité prix et surtout un grand merci à Hazal et Lokman qui ont rendu notre séjour juste parfait, ils sont très chaleureux et serviable toujours réactif et présent je ne peux que recommander cet endroit !
