Convenient for our stay.
Pros:

It was convenient for where we were working and for the High Street. The kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay.

Cons:

The access is through a carpark, which is dimly lit at night, through a metal gate, up a dog-leg metal fire escape staircase, across a balcony/terrace and through a narrow corridor. This wasn't easy to navigate with suitcases and old knees. I didn't enjoy arriving at that entrance after dark with youths hanging around in cars at the bottom of the stairs. The soundproofing between the spaces which have been divided into apartments is none-existent. (probably stud partition walls) Our neighbours were relatively quiet, but we heard their entire conversations each night. The flat itself is VERY small and requires some minor gymnastics to navigate around the bed.

Dirty bed. Very disappointing.
Pros:

Nothing, we couldn't even spend one night there due to the unsanitary conditions.

Cons:

We booked this flat to attend our Daughters wedding nearby.
The front door was missing its glass panel and replaced by hardboard. The inside resembled student digs.
The bed smelled stale. Under the duvet was a very thin, cheap, crumpled base sheet, as if someone had already slept in it, with old looking stains, resembling blood. Others like mascara. It was translucent, showing the mattress beneath. We messaged the owner immediately for clean sheets, but then discovered the state of the mattress, which was bobbled, worn and contained yellowish and pale brown stains. There was no mattress protector, which he was unaware of. We requested a refund, which he refused, just responding that he’d send sheets. We said no, as changing sheets on a dirt mattress that is intrinsically unsanitary isn’t acceptable.
The kettle was furred with limescale and there were stains on the unclean floor and rug, which the owner said were ‘irreversible’, but came off when rubbed. The whole place appeared grimy.
After half an hour with no reply, we said that we were leaving. Another hour later, he just told us to contact booking.com. When told we had no alternative, he sent a 'thumbs up' emoji!
We had to find alternative accommodation late on Friday. For a similar cost, we secured a clean, comfortable hotel nearby, of a far superior quality. We’d lost hours of much needed time for wedding arrangements sorting out this mess.
We don’t suggest each apartment is like this one or that it’s always unclean. However, on this day it was way below basic hygiene and cleanliness standards.
The owner didn’t engage with Booking.com for a few days, then made a derisory offer of £50 compensation. The matter has been escalated to the property management team.
Booked nine months in advance, it would be nonsensical to leave the day before the wedding, causing us so much upheaval, without good reason. We’ve used Booking.com countless times without problems. If you book this place, I wish you better luck.

A nice stay in a superbly central area.
Pros:

Location, location, location. A very proactive and approachable host. They were kind to even put a fan int he room as when I stayed it was steaming in London! So thanks for everything Tom.

Cons:

The access/steps up to the flat may be a bit much for anyone with walking difficulties or with lots of luggage. The noise, well, it is a London flat after all so you can hear the neighbours. However the location and cleanliness makes up for it :-)

Good
Pros:

The host, Tom, was incredibly helpful and always available to assist with any requests. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the mall, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and only a 5-minute walk to the tube station

Satisfactory
Pros:

We bought and cooked our own. Cleaners need to be taken for courses in customer service. Plus some of them are down right rude and need to apologise with flowers from management and two free nights on the house! Considering we spend a great deal on your accommodation me and Malley my fiancé. That would go a long way in helping with repeat custom. Thank you for asking. Jacqueline. From a professional point of view having worked in Retail in management... like it or not the customer is always right. And we have not been rude.Inspite of this, just wanted to point out issue's about breakfast . And one cleaner wanting to keep us out of the kitchen and using it! Why is the cleaner in one place in Northolt allowed to behave in this manner. Why are they living in the same place as the paying guests? On my bad days and I had many due to illness, I couldn't take that to work. I smiled put my problems to the back of my mind and went to my job in Central London in retail fashion, winning many customers over, some became friends and others left gifts on my day off to say thank you for your service above and beyond. The result lots of clothes sold and repeat sales. God bless you. Jacqueline

Cons:

Chek in time needs to be brought forward to 2pm and check out time to 2pm.

Cozy and clean flat in central London
Pros:

The flat was spotless and smelled nice upon arrival. The hosts clearly made some extra effort for cleanliness and general comfort. The location is amazing. It only took me about 15 minutes to arrive from Heathrow. The center is around 10 minutes away. There is plenty of shops / cafes and a big shopping center nearby. The flat has all the appliances / material if you prefer to cook independently. The host was very responsive and gave me a few recommendations for my stay. Highly recommend!
