Aslam's attention to us exceeded our expectations. He prepared food and helped us with the laundry, always with a beautiful attitude and smile on his face.
No horns or traffic noise because its on a dead-end road.
There's a nice big park and shopping center 5 minutes walking.
Lots of trees in the surrounding.

Location is very good. Central and easy to navigate.Restaurant , Pharmacy & posh South Extension market is just walkable. Care taker helped us with breakfast. sparkling clean bathroom with hot water.

Best stay i had at sangivicky place. Central location was my top point being close to connaught place VFS. Very good staff and clean bathroom. Kitchen was good to cook. Spotless linen and fresh towels provided. Comfortable mattress was plus point. I am very happy.

Location is super good, very central location closer to city centre connaught place. Metro station south extension is walkable from the property. Kitchen is available to cook meals, caretaker also helped us through our stay. Bathroom was clean and hygienic. Ac was chilled. They provided fresh linen. Checkin was very smooth.

I highly recommend. You all must stay. Best Location nearby Central Delhi and all important monuments, it was very easy and nearby grocery, restaurants and metro available around and the property, kitchen is very good, i liked cooking my breaskfast and tea/coffee, caretaker also helped me.
Bathroom was sparkling clean and clear, hot water was available.

Aslam really works hard to look after the people that stay at Lutyen's. I just hope he is getting paid a reasonable wage by the owner. The reason I am writing this is because he didn't even have his own room at the property (he slept in an area in the hallway behind some high lockers), he does all the cleaning (and a lot of cooking) and goes to work somewhere else during the day too. That was my impression while we were there for 4 days.

it was a homestay , no reception , checkin was difficult.

Place is very central and sparking clean. It was convenient for me to travel to Connaught place, Pragati Maidan and Red Fort as metro was walkable. Staff is very polite and respectful. I will come again for sure.

Great stay in an interesting part of New Delhi. Metro close by as are several restaurants. Rooms are clean and well laid out. Bathroom good for us.
