Exorbitant prices
Pros:

The accessibility to the onsen was nice. And breakfast was lovely - but you had to pay for it

Cons:

The rooms are tiny and the hotel staff wasn't helpful when we found out that booking.com charged is 3x as much for the room when we booked it as the going rate was showing at the start of our stay.
