Good central location but room quality and service need improvement for the price paid

The location was really great - right in the center of Imlil town

Cons:

The room quality could be better for the price. The carpet was quite old and bathroom needed better cleaning. Some basic things were missing like towels and electric kettle, and WiFi didn't work on second floor.
Also, The breakfast timing was also inconvenient for my mountain trek. They only serve from 8AM to 11AM and couldn't accommodate an earlier time, so I had to leave without breakfast. Most places in Imlil are usually more flexible for trekkers

Cons:

I had a genius discount, free breakfast and paid online. On arrival that wanted me to pay the difference to full price of the room. After several discussions they finally let me stay. But asked if i could atleast tip/pay extra for the breakfast.
I put my bag in room then went out for a meal. I came back late. To realise the toilet paper was empty and no new to refill. Turned the sink tap on and it came out black. Video to prove and showed reception in the morning. They said it was clean down stairs. They came to room was still black for awhile then became clearer. But cant wash in black water or do teeth.
It was ment to be an air conditioned room there was none. I told and showed reception in the morning. But the manager wasnt there at the time. I had to leave to hike the mountain. After this i left in the morning before getting any breakfast i was entitled to as if other things were so bad whats the food prepared on. I was very disappointed.
I dont write reviews and i can sleep anywhere. But unfortunately i was not impressed with this at all.

Good location, welcoming staff, good breakfast, the bed is comfortable. Good choice for a night for the price.

Cons:

Cleanliness. As for parking, the description says it's free, but it's not - 20 dirhams for 24 hours, it's nothing, but they will write about it.

Good location. A bit pricey for the quality level.
Pros:

Our group consolidated here after a hike up Toubkal. We were the only guests. Convenient location to check out shops and restaurants, etc. Parking options across the road. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was courteous. Unfortunately, no staff could be found once we realized our cold water valve in the shower wasn’t functioning. Not possible to shower with only the very hot water. 5 of us waited to cycle through one shower in another guest room. Not how we envisioned it after 12+ hours of hiking. But, we made it work.

Pros:

The hotel is one of the best in Imlil, with a great view at the atlas, the staff was friendly and helpfull, the food was ordinery.

it can be more improvements. so the turist can feel more comfortsble and clean

the room is not well cleaned and maintained, for the car parking it is mentioned on the description that is free but when we were leaving we paid 40dhs for 2 nights
