La habitación y el baño son muy buenos
Todo bien solo la bajera del cama está susia un poco
acceuil déplorable, monsieur pas souriant du tout. a peine rentré la voiture dans la cour, on vous réclame une taxe de parking. animaux domestiques admis, on vous réclame 15€ pour un tout petit york. nous avons préféré le faire garder par un amis, on voulait pas qu'il soit mis en chenil. il reste toujours dans la maison.
non seulement le prix de la chambre trop élevé sans petit déjeuner, et surtout le prix de stationnement dans la cour sans compter la séparation de notre fripouille qui était admis sur le site mais que l'on réclame 15€ sur place pour sûrement le mettre en cage. bizarre comme "animaux domestiques admis"

Very new and modern bedroom close to the cable car.
The rooms are quite small the access to the place was very difficult to find as there no sign or name of the hotel, they opens the gate remotely but we had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to attend, when they came they was not very welcoming, to park in the place was €10 and they were asking for the money even before we parked the car, then there was a €15 charge for a our dog again paid before we even saw the room. We booked a room with a view but the gave us a room to the wall of the back garden, so we requested what we paid for was a room with a view over the city. The Room was tight and to come in and out of the place with a car you depended on the staff to grant access. With all the extra charges it was not worth the money
La habitación estaba muy bien y la limpieza era impecable.
No era la mejor ubicación pero sin duda, lo peor de la estancia, fueron los dos anfitriones que nos recibieron. No mediaron palabra con nosotros y al hablarles casi ni nos contestaban, solo gesticulando y de mala gana. Es una lástima que con lo bonito que es el sitio te reciban así.
on the website it says there is free parking but in fact there is no free parking, they wanted to charge me and anyway there was no space!!

Todo estaba bien. Ubicación muy buena y bonita. Personal muy amable y muy atento. Lo recomiendo cien por cien.
El alojamiento es precioso y super bien conectado con el funicular que nos dejaba en el centro.
Nos costó un poco al principio comunicarnos con el hombre que nos acompañó a la habitación pero la dueña nos llamó enseguida y se solucionó.
