Pros:

Accueil simple et agréable. Situé à 20 secondes du funiculaire. En moins de 5 minutes vous êtes devant le musée guggenheim. Nous avons eu la chambre avec terrasse offrant une vue magnifique de Bilbao. Rien à redire.

La ubicación es un atractivo en si mismo, con vista a la ciudad y pegada a la estación del fonicular, que es un plus, también hay estacionamiento gratis cerca, buena atención y limpieza

En la fecha de mi estadía hizo más calor de lo normal, sin embargo creo que ya es hora de ir pensando en poner aire acondicionado

Alojamiento conveniente
Pros:

El alojamiento se encuentra a penas a unos metros del funicular, lo cual resulta muy conveniente y también puedes disfrutar del mirador que está a un lado.
Precio accesible comparado con los precios del centro de la cuidad.

Lo único que me gustó fue la ubicación. Al lado del funicular

Cons:

La atención de la persona a cargo. La habitación incomodisima. La ducha ínfima. No se ofrecieron a hacer la habitación. Carismo el parking. El precio que cobraron no corresponde a las prestaciones que brindan.

Prima om te overnachten als je de rest van de dag in de stad wilt zijn.
Pros:

Prima om te overnachten. Goed bed en sanitair, koelkast en waterkoker. Op nog geen 5 minuten lopen ben je bij funicular, dit treintje brengt je in paar minuten naar centrum Bilbao (rijdt tot 22.00 uur). Wij hebben de auto op het terrein van het “hotel” geparkeerd voor € 20 per dag, iets verder op kan je gratis parkeren.

Cons:

Er is verder niks in de buurt. Voor restaurant (ook ontbijt) moet je naar het centrum. We hadden nogal het gevoel dat we door een stel (bewakers?) in de gaten werden gehouden. Toen we de spullen naar de auto brachten voor vertrek stond de man er binnen een paar seconde dat we nog moesten betalen voor het parkeren. Misschien hadden ze daar slechte ervaringen mee maar kwam niet prettig over.

Mooi uitzicht en handig dat de funiculair vrijwel naast het huisje zit. Maar overall niet positief.

De ontvangst verliep niet goed. Omdat we geen bereik hadden konden we Erica niet te pakken krijgen. De klusjesman wilde helpen en moest ons binnenlaten. De toegang (achter) was onverlicht. Dat zou simpel verholpen kunnen worden. De badkamer was niet schoon. De douchecabine erg klein. Er liepen mieren door de slaapkamer. De weg voor het huis is ‘s avonds druk en men rijdt erg hard. Dat hoor je. Ik ben blij dat we maar 2 nachten geboekt hebben.
