Great authentic Japanese guest house for a family
Pros:

Awesome location close to train station, supermarkets, 711, restaurants… all east walking distance. Great for family of 4, clean and easy to communicate with host with any questions. They also gave us ability to check in early which after an overnight flight was so helpful. Highly recommend this property and would recommend book next time in Tokyo.

Cons:

We loved the property. No problems at all, everything worked well and it was a seamless stay.

很棒，但還有改進空間
Pros:

有電磁爐和微波爐非常棒，離新宿非常近，走路15分鐘就到了

Cons:

住宿只有一間廁所，浴室的水壓很小，4個人花了3個小時來洗澡，沒有太多展開行李的空間

期望浴室水壓過低能夠改善！
Pros:

距離大久保站僅需步行三分鐘，新大久保站步行約十分鐘，非常便利且外面就有便利商店、販賣機、藥局等等，且對向就有LUUP可以租用非常方便。住宿裡也有提供冰箱、微波爐、廚具、電視也能看Youtube、Netflix非常方便。

Cons:

唯一能夠挑剔的點就是清潔方面地板可以更加乾淨，以及二樓浴室的水壓過低。我覺得出去遊玩住宿最要求的就是洗澡要能夠放鬆，水壓過低是一大缺點希望能夠改善！未來有機會再去東京遊玩會再次來住也會推薦朋友到這邊！

很棒的性價比，機能及舒適度都絕頂，唯一的缺點是電車經過會有聲音
Pros:

這個價錢能租到這麼好的家庭式民宿我覺得完全值回票價，且位於新宿及大久保車站周邊，交通便利。附近走路一分鐘內的距離就有各種超商和市場，機能性很棒。

Cons:

入口的位置有點奇葩，房子的位置位於電車站附近，如果會怕吵的可能會需要有心理準備

Pros:

The owner/manager was nice and responsive. We communicated exclusively through WhatsApp and he replied promptly.

Cons:

Outside of the owner/manager, everything. Location, which is a long 25 minute walk from the main area, where it feels too far to walk, too close to take a cab. The actual place is so hidden in a back alley that it took a long time to find it (a local person that spoke English helped us and she said she’s lived there for years and didn’t know a place existed there), and the front of the house, which seems to be the back of other buildings, is just dirt, making it hard for you to roll on your luggage. The place was not properly cleaned, the showers were not great, I mean, I could go on and on. I feel horrible posting this because again, the owner was great, but I simply could not recommend this place to anyone.

Was good value for short stay, not ideal for more than 2 people though!

Beds were extremely flat and hard, just on floor. Fold out bed was uncomfortable, had poor sleep
Air con vents really dirty.
Nowhere to put belongings in bedroom.
Lock box padlock really small, hard to read numbers at night, was stuck outside for quite a while

Perfect place to base yourself to explore Tokyo for a family of 4.
Pros:

Perfect for a family of 4 to stay. Loction was great only 1 stop from Shinjuku, easy access to 2 central JR train lines Shin-Okubo and Okubo. The local shops and resturants were plentiful and very convienient.

Cons:

Hot water pressure was a bit low but OK.

The bed on the both floors were really nice. Very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a little dirty. The mat on the entrance is smelly. Empty hand soap. Small pieces of Hair in the shower room. And the lights were dark.
