Pros:

Location are great, close to tourist attractions and next to the hotel there are many restaurants, cafe and convenient store

Cons:

The room temperature manage by the hotel, so the room is too hot for winter

Overall experience could be much improved.
Cons:

The hotel itself was alright, approximately a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station. The staff, however, could be more proactive in offering information/ assistance, which made the experience much less comfortable.

Serene and fantastic
Pros:

Excellent hotel in all respects. Consistently a 9/10 on all categories and above the expectations I had. Excellent staff and a good breakfast option. Beautiful area. Perhaps a little walk or drive from the central and tourist spots, but still a great location. Serene experience.

Pros:

Great location, located in the heart of ancient Suzhou and a short walk/taxi from the classical gardens (+ subway to the city center).
Really friendly staff, with great facilities for breakfast, laundry and a gym as well.
Large room stocked with amenities, including a mini bar.
