Cons:

this property does not accept international people. It isn’t stated on booking.com so we turned up and got turned away, they also refused to pay our tuktuk ride to the new hotel. They need to update there details online to make this more obvious.

Aside from this, the area it is in isn’t the cleanest or safest, watched a mouse run through reception and the chairs looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.

I can’t comment on anything else as we didn’t stay

Everything else. Not atall recommended. Rats in the hotel dirty rooms poor fur iture you name it. Its just not good.

Stay Here ONLY if you MUST! (else avoid)
Pros:

Apart from the Price (we paid Rs. 1560 for 1 night), there is not a single redeeming feature to recommend this 'hotel'.

Cons:

While it is set back from the street, the stray dogs make up for the lack of traffic noise - by barking all night!

The Keycard does not work - a Physical key has to be used by the folks at reception to open the door - each time!

The room next to the kitchen stinks to high heaven with Garlic and more - don't be surprised if you and your clothes end up smelling that way - after a night's stay here!
