Usted ha añadido un grupo cuando nos mudamos en 1,5 horas, no hay ninguna inylrmatsii donde se puede comer, ni un mapa de las piscinas, ni información sobre el parque acuático, que resulta que es de pago y como los niños son pequeños tal vez un montón de toboganes para nosotros y NP adecuado. Y no tiene sentido ir al parque acuático. En el Restaurante ayer pagamos la factura, pero el plato con supuestamente carne Wagyu es un engaño, no es Wagyu, los rollos son una imitación casi no hay pescado, esto es una desgracia, así que le pido que devuelva el dinero del Restaurante de ayer. Hoy es mi cumpleaños y mi comida una decepción. Hoy, comer en Largo causó malestar intestinal en dos de cada 5 personas. Por lo tanto, también le pido que nos devuelva el dinero de la factura del Desayuno. ¡Así que devuélvanos todo el dinero que escribiste! ¡Simplemente destruiré el hotel en todas las redes de vpsh y lo inundaré con comentarios negativos, todo YouTube instagramm, facebook! ¡Son estafadores!!! ¡Robaron nuestro dinero por servicios no prestados!

Great family vacation spot. Very well kept property.
Pros:

Loved the spacious room, great layout; it was a game-changer; specially with 3 younger kids. The trams to get to restaurants and pools were always available, loved having all the different restaurant options for meals within Vidanta World. Easy to get to the waterpark. We brought our strollers and didn't need them!

Cons:

Wish the room had a mini bar, with a small selection of snacks or drinks available so we didn't have to order and wait for room service or go to the shop.

Перемещение на электромобилях, аквапарк рядом
Pros:

Красивые просторные номера. Чисто. Доброжелательный персонал. Красиво. Большой бассейн, много лежаков свободных.

Cons:

Любое перемещение только на электромобилях. Их ждать до 20 минут. Это очень не удобно и иногда прям долго. В ресторан- жди авто, в бассейн- жди авто, обратно - тоже жди. и т.д.
Аквапарк не в отеле, только рядом за доп плату. Мы ехали из-за аквапарка, а по факту это как отдельный проект. Если бы знал эти минусы заранее, то не поехал был.

We will be back! Amazing experience.
Pros:

We loved everything at Jungala! The suite was amazing, very spacious and clean. Having a kitchen is a +. They received us with a basket of bread, cheeses and fruits which was lovely. Service all around, was impeccable; from the kids club staff, to the ones driving the golf carts to move you from one place to the other, the waitresses (specially at the Green Break restaurant), room service and front desk staff - everyone went above and beyond.

Cons:

Drinks and food a bit too expensive. Wished they had a kids club (not just the activities at the pool area) and proper performance night shows. They have live music at many restaurants at night, but they could have performance shows (otherwise your only option at property is Cirque du Soleil - $$$ extra).

Amazing staff, beautiful clean resort with a rocky beach.
Pros:

Beautiful landscaping, awesome customer service. Water park was a bonus!

Cons:

Nothing was complementary. Even the bottled water in the room and coffee was an extra charge. They offered free coffee in the lobby and it was awful. The beach front was too rocky.

Un séjour exceptionnel en famille

Exceptionel
Le lieu est magnifique verdoyant est très bien entretenu.
Le parc aquatique est dingue. Le personnel extrêmement attentif il y a des petites attentions à l’arrivée. J’ai rarement passé un séjour aussi extraordinaire, je recommande à 1000 %.
