The unit was foreclosed. Booking.com did nit check if this is still a safe and viable unit. Payment was made, but the unit was available, leaving us without accommodation.

This unit is not available. As per building security this property was already pulled out by the developer since December and the host was not the owner anymore, which confused me why this unit is still available here for rent.

We managed to contact the host thru viber but until now no refund happened.

I wasn’t able to stay in the property as the host is not answering my calls. Kindly refund my payment

The host is unresponsive

2nd time I stayed but there are still small cockroaches almost everywhere - even by the bed. Wifi was not working at all (it was cut off with a notification from the internet provider that there is still amount due). The owner replies when it’s about FAQs but does not respond when concerns are raised - so the internet issue was not resolved at all.

Worst booking experience I ever had in my life!
NOTHING in this apartment is working, half of it is broken, you connected to the wifi and it literally gives you a webpage that says that the owner didn’t pay the bills so there’s no wifi. The TV isn’t even working. No toilet paper or soap were provided. Sheets were smelly.

That was the 1st part. The most annoying part, is that the owner will literally IGNORE all your messages. I sent them dozens of messages throughout my stay, through every possible channel, and not a single response. I won’t recommend this experience to my enemies

Broken furniture in the unit. Internet went out after two days and never came back, even after repeated attempts to contact the owner. Mechanical blinds stopped working so they were always down. Needed better cleaning especially in the shower. All the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, soap and air freshners were empty. Only two towels gor the entire stay, had to purchase two more at the store.

Owner/Agent/ broker of unit is kinda rude.

They have self check in door. We checked in late. Around 10:30 or 11pm something. When we enter and dropped our things. We went out to buy supplies. When we came back, passcode in door is not working seems like it encountered tech issues as it kept in blinking.

We contacted the owner/ broker whoever it is. They refused to to help us out and then they just sent a pair of keys. And we were supposed to be the one who should figure out how we will be able to remove the cover of th lock in the door so that we can manually insert the key.

Imagine we waited from 11:20pm until 3am before we can enter the room bt the help of facilities.

I just hope no one would experience what we had. Its very exhausting and we did not feel like we were a guest coz no action or assistance was made.

And addition to this theres cockroaches in the pantry area and bathroom.

The number provided could not be contacted so the guest for whom I made the booking had to sleep in his car on the first night since he arrived late. We tried to contact again the no. the next day but to no avail. So we had no option but to make another booking. Stressful & disappointing!

Regrettably, my stay at this was quite disappointing. After arriving, I discovered that the place was still unclean and the helper was still cleaning despite our delayed check-in. Although the host stated that towels and tissue would be provided by the place, neither are present.

The host neglected to respond to my messages and did not provide sufficient support when I reported these problems. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not recommend this property to others.

The view of the property is not Seaview. Some of the furnitures are broken. I saw a cockroach inside the property. The owner is not responding to my messages about small amount of refund. The owner was so persistent asking for the 500 pesos payment for the early check-in but when I asked for a small refund, I got no answer. I will not book this property again.
