OVERALL LOCATION AND QUIETNESS WAS GOOD
Pros:

no breakfast, bummer but for my reason to being there, distance was great.

Great Location, Friendly Staff, Great Rooftop Pool
Pros:

I stayed here for 8 nights. It is perfectly located, with train and bus stops minutes away. I was also able to walk within 10 minutes to Chase Field and PHX Arena. All of the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I really enjoyed cooling off from the heat in the rooftop pool. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking to go to Diamondback, Suns, or Mercury games.

Cons:

The Murphy bed in the studio was a bit uncomfy but not really enough to complain about.

Car Towed!
Pros:

I liked the stove, washer, and dryer in the unit!

Cons:

Unfortunately, my vehicle was towed, and I paid almost $200 to get it back. The front desk staff were unavailable, so I had to call the Police for assistance. As a result, I missed two (2) paid events for my Kappa Conference. Next, the Wi-fi password did not work, I had to use my Hot Spot data on my phone to use my laptop. Finally, the people next to me were very loud. It sounded like they were letting the bed up and down. It was a LONG, EXPENSIVE, and STRESSFUL seven (7) days!

Would definitely book again
Pros:

Love love loved this place. Would book again. The space was very well managed and it was very clean. I felt extremely safe too.

Cons:

The mattress in the Murphy bed wasn't great, needs more paying so you don't feel the bar. But it was a Murphy bed, so ya know.

Great for folks in their 20s, room not suited for older business travelers.
Pros:

Location excellent; access to a refrigerator, freezer, and stove ended up being very important.

Cons:

Bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Shower basin felt like it was going to fall through the floor, mold in shower.

Perfect base station for visiting Phoenix
Pros:

Staff and location. Faray was super helpful and great.

Cons:

The A/C in the room was a bit loud when on. Made it hard to sleep. I was glad that it still kept the room super cool. Just load when trying to sleep or talk on the phone.

Fantastic place
Pros:

Very clean, great location, helpful staff

Cons:

As others have said, the Murphy bed might not be to everybody’s liking, but apart from that, the place is outstanding. We found the Murphy bed to be fine for our weeklong day.

Clean, contemporary, spacious room with a nice pool area

Cons:

Only shortcoming was my shower door handle was loose and the body soap was empty. Neither of which are dealbreakers though…

Had a great time and will be coming back next year.

Perfect location and great staff who were very helpful.

Cons:

Did not realize I would be sleeping on a futon mattress. There was quite a bit of hair on the floor and in the closet cupboards.
