Very helpful staff in arranging quiet rooms and receiving parcels. Firm bed with superior support for people who are used to tatami style mattress. Exceptional transportation, as a crossing point with JR Hanwa line (to Osaka an Kyoto), JR Wakayama line (to Yoshino and Nankai Koya line), JR Kisei line (to Dojoji and Shingu), and local Kishigawa line. A perfect point for longer stay.

the bed is good
and the staff is very helpful

いい感じでした。
Pros:

天気が良く部屋の高い場所で大変見晴らしが良かったです。

Cons:

朝食バイキングが大変混雑していたと思いました。もう少し時間を掛けてチョイスしたかったですが諦めました、もう少し人数制限があったら良いと思います。
