Staff very warm and helpful
Sticky floor, problem with toilet. Tower and bed sheet are not clean
0 Rate. Very Dirty. Sofa with Bed Bugs. 1st Apartment we go in full of Cockroach. So we change to another Apartment. We stayed there for 2 hours. Sofa with Bed Bugs and Bed cover with Stain. A lot of Tissues under the bed and beside the bed.
Bad smell because there is a rubbish room nearby.
No Television stations available. No wifi.
It's like a new apartment from outside. But a very old TV, Coffee Table and broken Cabinet.
No coffee, no hot water, no mineral water or Drinking water.
It totally looks like an apartment used by prostitute.

The location at centre of melaka city is great. The house so spacious and big.
The facilities such as access card does not work, the elevator door something repeating open closed. The water heater (shower) does not working. The floor dirty need to bring own mop if go there.

the service were bad, we need to wait a long time to check in as the screen of the door cannot scan the card given. We need to wait around one hour to change the room. As I have baby and kids the customer service did not give the place to wait. We need to stand a long time to wait for the technical team to resolve the issue.
I brought my family for vacation, but I'm not satisfied with the place, the price is expensive but the equipment is not complete, there are no plates, there is no clothes iron and there is no place to cook hot water, I have a baby, even if I want to make milk there is no hot water.
