Pros:

First of all is staff. All of them are very polite and helpful. All facilities are in good condition and especially this hotel has washing and drying machines.

Cons:

It is all good for me but sometimes I feel like my room is not the proper cleaning.

Espacioso, cómodo y de fácil acceso.
Pros:

El hotel es amplio, confortable y limpio. El desayuno buffet es excelente en calidad y variedad. Lo mejor de todo es que está a la vuelta de las estaciones de tren, autobuses locales y de larga distancia, y el metro.

Recommended this hotel for the traveller who would like to travel by MRT.
Pros:

All staffs are very helpfull even I need to buy something on the online platform he help me to translate and purchasing and pay him later also for the room and hotel facilities are in good condition especially for washing machine for free of charge.

Cons:

First of all we thought that when we booking the hotel in the non smoking room, we will not disturb by the cigarette smell because I am quite sensitive for the cigarette. However, I think it is quite normal for the Chinese people to smoke. It is luckily that inside my room is less smelly from the corridor because some room will open the door for smoking.

Pros:

Almost nothing. Nice friendly lady at the replacement hotel (see next point) and that was a nice and clean hotel.

Cons:

They cancelled my reservation without telling me. They **CALLED** Booking.com to check if I was indeed coming, not me. My phone number is in my Booking profile. Not a word on the app either. They did provide a taxi to a remote branch (half an hour in the middle of the night) that still had a room but that tried to charge me the higher downtown rate. Complete scam, avoid.
