This isolated hotel can give booking.com a bad name

Nothing to like the photos are nothing what the actual place is like

Cons:

Photos not what the property is. I never checked in as it was absolutely not suitable for our family. Reception staff said they would give me back my booking money. But have not received it nor have I heard any correspondence

Cheapest option around, but you get what you pay for, I guess
Cons:

It was hard to find the place, as there was no address or directions to it. The photos are so outdated that there isn't even a front desk, and the entrance is on a alley through the carpark. Water had no pressure, when it was working, and most of the time it wasn't at all, so we had to keep coming to the 'front desk' (a little corner room on the carpark area) for them to switch on the water pump. No toilet paper in the bathroom, and quite dirty to be honest, not sure if it had been cleaned for a while.
