很舒适，下次还会再来。
Pros:

这个价位的河景酒店性价比非常高，健身房挺好，器械不算多但够用，可以领大毛巾。有免费的轮渡到BTS，需要到前台行李员那里领票。酒店早餐挺好，希望增加一些鱼类和海产品等蛋白质食物，我吃了三天，只吃了一次鱼，其他都是鸡肉猪肉等。

Pros:

De ligging en het vriendelijke personeel

Cons:

De prijzen van een drankje en eten in het hotel. Overal komt ook nog 10 % bovenop . Maar genoeg te krijgen in omgeving.

5/5 Stars – Fantastic Stay with Amazing River Views!

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at the Ramada in Bangkok and highly recommend it. 

What we loved:
The Views: We stayed in a riverview room, and the scenery was absolutely amazing.
Exceptional Service: We arrived at the hotel early, and the staff went above and beyond to manage an early check-in for us.
Lobby Atmosphere: The live entertainment in the lobby was wonderful. It was the perfect place to sit back, relax, and listen to classic old songs.
Thank you to the team for making our trip so special. We will definitely be back!

Guter, ruhiger Standort mit Nähe zum Geschehen mit grandiosem Ausblick auf den Fluss
Pros:

Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Nah am Asiatique und an Restaurants, 7-eleven und Co. Das kostenlose Shuttle zum Sathon Pier haben wir viel genutzt.
Der Pool ist sehr groß, Service dort gut.
Das Zimmer hat uns gefallen, es hatte alles zu bieten was man braucht. Das Bett war groß und sehr bequem. Roomservice wurde gern genutzt, Preise io.
Fitnessbereich war mit tollem Ausblick und ausreichend.
Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Verbesserungsvorschläge: kostenloses Wasser am Pool (bei anderen 5-Sterne-Hotels inkl.), Begrüßungsgetränk fehlte (bei anderen Hotels immer inkl.), Flussbereich lieblos gestaltet. Obwohl hier so ein schöner Ort ist, wird hier nicht investiert.
Wir waren da als die Hälfte des Hotels renoviert wurde. Das hat ab und zu gestört, aber zum Glück nicht viel.

Excellence, as always
Pros:

This was not our first stay and we are always glad to be back. We spent the weeks before our stay at a Marriott hotel and there is just no comparison.

The people, the hotel, the service and the location are top!

We even used the hotel shuttle boat for our trip to Sathorn Pier and it was a private trip just for us.

Everything at Ramada is top and we are definitely coming back.

Cons:

The only little bit that I have to remark on is the AC. I did feel a little vibration everything I put my ear on the mattress.

I am a very light sleeper though and therefore that is more of a me problem, than a Ramada problem.

Fantastic hotel but more competent reception staff needed. And not the best use of river views.
Pros:

The hotel has the most superb buffet breakfast I have ever had! It had Thai, Indonesian, India, European, Japanese food and more! It was totally delicious and I just didn't have enough room to do it justice! I had to leave on the last morning before breakfast had started and the staff were really obliging and made me up a really lovely picnic breakfast. They were super kind.
The swimming pool is beautiful and the most perfect temperature. The rooms are a great size with every amenity you could want. There was even a small sitting room area.

Cons:

We booked the room a day in advance specifically because we knew we'd be arriving at 8am and wanted to check in immediately. Instead, we ran into total confusion over our room.

We were told we'd been "upgraded" to a better room — and yes, it had a balcony — but we'd booked twin beds, and this room had a Queen. Staff offered to split the bed, but there genuinely wasn't enough space to make two functional twins out of it; it would have made more sense to just leave it as a Queen. After some back and forth, they said they'd found us a twin room instead. When we went to look at it, it turned out to be the exact same room as before.

At that point, I asked if we could just have the room we'd originally booked. By the time we were finally settled in, it was 10:30am — and it took a senior manager stepping in to actually resolve things. The regular staff were clearly out of their depth and unable to find a solution on their own.

I was genuinely frustrated, given the entire point of booking the night before was to guarantee an immediate check-in. To make things worse, no proper apology or any form of compensation was offered afterward.

The internet password we were given at the time of check-in did not work and the operator had to re-issue/change passwords, and work their magic to get it working for us.

There is a bar area inside but the pianist and singer were so loud you couldn't hear yourselves talk. So we looked for a bar area outside to have a drink. The hotel is on the river but they make very little use of that. The seating outside for breakfast over looks the river. But they have not made the best use of this area. In the evening/night time, it would be a perfect place to sit outside but it is rather boring and bleak and not an area you would choose to sit. Such a shame, as hotels about 5 mins walk away all have gorgeous bars outside overlooking the river.

Everything. Breakfast was amazing. Very big variety. Pool was such a nice spot. The staff were amazing and friendly

Cons:

Our guest stayed on level 9 and they had to deal with construction which is unavoidable but was a bit off a pain
