Pros:

I stay at the Ramada each time I fly into Thailand.
It is located on the river close to city.
The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Unfortunately this time there are renovations being carried out.
So noise from construction during the day.
The buffet breakfast is usually a 5 star event. Sadly it was barely a 3 this time.

An unforgettable stay with breathtaking views and outstanding service
Pros:

This was by far one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. We stayed in Suite 1532, and it was absolutely spectacular. The room was huge, spotlessly clean, and the private terrace with the jacuzzi overlooking the Chao Phraya River was simply breathtaking. The night view, with ICONSIAM and all the boats on the river, was unforgettable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality food, and the hotel's location on the riverside was perfect, with easy access to Bangkok's main attractions. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok.

Cons:

We genuinely couldn't find anything to complain about. From the room and the cleanliness to the staff, breakfast, and overall service, everything was exceptional.

Outstanding river view!
Pros:

This is the 3time i been at this hotel! I got a new renovate room that was very grate! Here is the big pool with pool bar service with drinks and food! Many sun chairs! And outstanding view over the river,boats! Walking distance to Asiatiq.

Cons:

I give 8 points becourse hotel still renovate with noise sound. If renovate finnish gonna be 10points!

Cons:

Hotel was being renovations. We had an old room, repairs were patch up jobs as they waited to do a full makeover.
Rooms felt more like 3 star decor with 5 star service.
