Convenient location, nice staff; better sound insulation would improve things
Pros:

Staff very friendly but when I wanted to purchase something from the shop, it took ages for someone off reception to help me.

Cons:

I found the rooms a bit 'clinical' with not much soul/costa rican vibe and actually quite noisy - both from the traffic outside and from other rooms.

Amazing, just what the doctor ordered
Pros:

Very short distance from the airport, and adequately tucked away from all the messiness that comes from being in cities at times . The services were also excellent!

Cons:

At around 8.30, there was noise from house keeping - it is well anticipated . But, maybe in the future there can be a way of flagging long distance travellers and late check ins by giving rooms that are further away to enable adequate rest

Lowest Marriot I've stayed in the last 10 years, personnel was on point with expectations
Cons:

Courtyard by Marriott is supposed to be a good-quality hotel. I've stayed in 3-star hotels better than this one. That's a profound misalignment between my experience/expectations and what I've encountered in other Marriott's hotels in the World

I went to kitchen to order a bagel, but ended up with 3 stale bagels in a box for $3000 ( local currency)

I ate them cuz I was hungry, but they were well past their prime extraordinarily dry + stale
