Non conforme et inadmissible
Cons:

Nous avons commandé une chambre avec 2 lits queensize, et n’avons eu qu’un seul lit et un canapé convertible horrible qui n’était pas préparé. Il s’agissait d’une chambre pour une personne et non 2.
Le personnel nous a assuré ne pas avoir d’autres chambres disponibles alors qu’elles étaient disponibles sur Booking.

Nous avons souhaité changer d’hôtel et avons solliciter leur aide pour réserver une autre chambre chez un concurrent. Ils nous ont indiqué que l’hôtel voisin était complet, alors qu’en les appelant nous même ils avaient bien de la disponibilité.
L’hôtel a ensuite refusé de nous prendre un taxi à leur frais pour nous déposer dans l’autre hôtel.

Nous avons donc dû dormir à 2 dans cette chambre pour une seule personne. Le petit déjeuner nous a été offert le lendemain, il était correct.

Inadmissible compte tenu du prix et après un vol d’une journée.

Buen hotel pero todo tiene un costo adicional
Pros:

El hotel es excelente: hermoso, limpio y con una ubicación inmejorable. Tanto el personal como las instalaciones son realmente excelentes.

Sin embargo, es muy decepcionante que, después de pagar una cantidad considerable de dinero por una sola noche, nos informen que el desayuno tiene un costo adicional de $28 USD. Solo por esto no puedo darle al hotel una mejor calificación, porque considero absolutamente exagerado cobrar casi $30 USD por un desayuno buffet.

Especialmente en Costa Rica, me pregunto cómo una persona local podría permitirse pagar ese precio por un desayuno. Entiendo perfectamente que un hotel cobre un precio elevado por el alojamiento y que el desayuno no esté incluido, pero cobrar casi $30 USD adicionales por un buffet de desayuno me parece totalmente desproporcionado.

Creo sinceramente que deberían reconsiderar este precio y hacer algo al respecto.

Tambien por favor, tienes que ofrecer mas que una pequeña botella de agua en la habitación..
