Would stay again for sure
Pros:

Loved the staff! And the clientele.. everyone so friendly, we felt like we made lots of friends.
Staff really do make an impression and from all areas they were brilliant, seemed genuinely happy to work there.
Loved the pool table and enjoyed the night manager taking the odd shot and being so fun!
Loved the sunbeds and pool area.
Sauna was excellent as was the spa.
Food was great.
Comfy rooms.
Good WiFi
Loved that they were kind to the cats!!!

Cons:

Initially had view of the construction and it was very noisy but the hotel did move us.
The balcony walls are too high to enjoy the view.

Helaas een teleurstelling
Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam en professioneel.. De à la cart restaurant Italiaans was ontzettend goed, zeker een aanrader vooral met een mooi uitzicht!

Cons:

Hotel heeft geen 6 restaurants zoals Booking dat op website aangeeft. Het heeft 3 restaurants. Na een incident/voorval werd het netjes met ons besproken (en opgelost) en om het wederom te voorkomen zullen maatregelen worden genomen zoals toezicht bij etenswaren/ voedsel om onhygiënisch situaties te voorkomen Hotel is Only Adults hebben voornemen om aanpassingen te doen om de capaciteit te verbeteren . Meubilair is verouderd en alles krijgt een nieuwe look volgensde manager. Op dit moment is het meer ingericht voor ouderen 90% van klanten waren 65+ en vooral afkomstig uit Engeland. Helaas voelden wij ons niet op ons plek De animatie is daar op gericht terwijl dit echt anders kan..Heb dit ook aangeven. De variatie aan eten voor 5 sterren hotel is helaas beperkt en kan veel beter. Op de kamer staan bad artikelen die over de datum zijn. Dat geldt ook voor de minibar. Ik ben bij veel Liberty hotels geweest maar dit hotel viel meest tegen en dit vind ik heel jammer. Ze zijn van plan om het een ander aan te passen Ik vond het zeer professioneel dat ze onze feedback serieus namen en heb daarom vertrouwen dat over 2 twee jaar het heel anders uitziet enl de capaciteit beter ingericht zal zijn.

Good location and amazing food! Super clean!
Pros:

I stayed here with my parents.It was their 50th anniversary… this is also their feedback; people work in the kitchen, in the dining room, bar and especially waitresses/waiters were amazing!! The best staff ever! They made us feel home and they have been super helpful, positive and very patient! It was wowwww…
Cleaners again were amazing! Thank you! !!

Cons:

I wish this place had an office that I could work also PT in the gym area…plus when I messaged the place I was told that the manager would cancel my booking and I could rebook it in Turkey because my family lives in Turkey and had a Turkish bank account…it was promised but sadly this did not happen and I had to pay extra £340 other than this I was happy with all.

Labai geras maistas. Didelis ir naujas kambarys, gražu ir vieta puiki yra kur pasivaikščioti.

Cons:

Viskas beveik nuostabu maistas, didelis kambarys ir labai patogus vonios kambarys. Ir manau, grįžtume į šią vieta. Bet patalynė labai sintetinė ir šioje vietoje jūra vertinčiau tik vos patenkinamai. Maudytis tikrai galima, bet malonumas minimalus.
