Just couldn’t believe how we were treated

I thought it was located near to tourist attractions

Cons:

After travelling from the UK on a long haul flight and a 4 hour taxi ride myself and my wife arrived at the hotel at 04:00 in the early morning, on trying to book in at reception we were told we couldn’t stay at the hotel as we were “FOREIGNERS!”
The hotel was nothing like as advertised, it is a building site, falling apart and shouldn’t be allowed to describe in such ways!

Cons:

Poor maintenance. Starting from the elevator to the room allocated had a bad odor. Walls were dirty, no hot water and card swiping machine didn't work. They didn't provide me with the invoice copy, as they had system issues. Promised me that they will share the invoice on WhatsApp, but same is awaited.
In short, bad experience.
This property, then known as Kriahna Presidency was very well kept, however post Covid it's lost its charm, and cleanliness.
