Pros:

Location was good. Liked the layout of the room and was spacious. Good breakfast selection. Parking was convenient.

Cons:

Tub was clogged and kept filling with water. Maintenance was not helpful and seemed like he didnt know what to do to correct the issue. No solutions were offered. There was a stink bug inside the phone when I picked up to use it.

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

1 particular staff i encountered was incredibly rude and unprovoked. I stayed 1 night, it was bad enough the room smelt of damp and very dark and depressing but to encounter such terrible customer service was truly icing on the cake. To make the experience even worse, the same woman charged me for 2 nights instead of 1 which im still trying to get refunded. I guess this would be the cherry! On the cake. My first bad review as an avid traveller

The size of the room. The bed was also comfirtabke.

Cons:

The condition of the property is bad. Furniture in the room and lounge area was worn and falling apart. The ceiling in our bathroom was falling apart and mouldy. This hotel should not have the Hilton name. Does not meet the standards you would expect at a Hilton.

Pros:

I was not told that breakfast was included by staff that checked us in wasn't until I was departing that morning I was told we could of had breakfast for free...

Cons:

My room 312 and 314 was infested with ants on beds and dresser ... air wasn't working properly ...staff who checked us in was very unwelcoming and didn't let me know what my stay included also the pool area window was infested with ants my kids had to throw away their tshirts

Opportunity to level up on the cleanliness
Pros:

Pets are allowed. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Hallways smelled like marijuana, room smelled like BO/unclean, dishwasher was full, mattress was uncomfortable and should be end of life’d, no USB ports by the bed. Overall it was an unpleasant stay, thankfully it was just to crash for the night.
