Cons:

Уставшие номера дурацкой компоновки. Старая мебель, следы ремонта и как то не уютно... Обычно в сети отелей М по другому.

Холодный бассейн :( сауны смех...

Pros:

The property was located right near the Ferris wheel down by the water and the area is filled with restaurants, theatres, and shopping.

Cons:

You need to make sure that you know which building you will stay in. I booked the Marriott thinking it was just one man hotel but there are actually several marriotts that are located around the area. It was a little confusing at first but the staff was friendly and accommodating once I realized I wouldn’t be at the main hotel building.

Pros:

Café da manhã incrível. Tamanho dos quartos é ótimo. Limpeza também é muito boa. Mas nada disso compensou o prejuízo que tive lá.

Cons:

Esqueci 3 necessaires no banheiro do quarto. Entrei em contato com o hotel poucas horas após o checkout para recuperar meus pertences. Me disseram que só haviam localizado 1 carregador de celular. Meu prejuízo foi enorme, pois dentro de uma bolsinha haviam vários carregadores de iphone e um carregador de apple watch, dentro da outra frasqueira haviam muitos produtos de cabelo (todos caros) e um fone da samsung, dentro da terceira frasqueira havia muitas coisas de maquiagem (rimel da lancome, rimel da benefit, batom da Dior, vários outros batons de marcas caras, entre muitas outras maquiagens). Meu prejuízo foi enorme pois mesmo insistindo para que verificassem, eles só me entregaram 1 carregador de celular.

性價比高的住宿體驗
Pros:

附近有多間食肆，又有小孩玩樂地方，遇上了市集還可走走看，日落景色優美。近地鐵站方便，打車亦15至30分鐘去到其他地方。

Cons:

WIFI 速度初期連不上或者慢，後經了解職員重新啟動WiFi 相對較好。游泳池要走另外一幢樓才可以（住前已告知）但不方便。

отличный отель, без компромиссов!!!
Pros:

Никогда не ставлю 10. так не бывает. но тут было все на Отлично. номер великолепный, все комфортно. сервис прекрасный. отзывались по первому зову. кормили три раза в день, хотя платил только за завтрак. бассейн в другом корпусе за 1 км, так туда отвезли. Смело рекомендую всем.

Cons:

никто бы не отказался от того, что бы было подешевле. но, наверное, мы не в сказку родились. все было отлично!

員工服務態度相當不錯，半夜致電服務台也立刻接聽，半夜3點拿枕頭也立刻送到。說有朋友生日也送蛋糕和佈置。酒店位置可步行約15分鐘到摩天輪。

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The hotel had 2 buildings, the main one and a building right next to the Happy harbour with the big panoramic wheel called Glory Tower. The area of the Glory tower is really nice but we preferred the main building where the beds are more comfortable compared with those in Glory Tower which are too hard in our view, and the breakfast much ampler. Also the executive lounge is far much better from all aspects, a great plus. The room was spacey enough and very clean, with everything necessary. Staff was very friendly. Location good for having close the harbour area, the expo centers and the airport. They allowed us late check-out as we showed we had a very late evening flight, which was extremely helpful and appreciated.

Cons:

The internet was a disaster, basically all 5 days we couldn't use it. The lobby area which is huge and nice, doesnt have any couch or chair, so basically if you need to wait for a guest or friend or a taxi, you cannot rest on a chair, so really unwelcoming for a hotel. Unfortunately until end of feb 2026, there is a construction site right next to the hotel and they make huge noise from 7 ocl in the morning until 23 ocl in the evening. So in the morning is impossible to sleep anymore.
Breakfast has enough food choices, however sweets and gluten free products are missing and pastry overall all very limited. Also decaf coffee was impossible to get.
However if I have to go again before end of February, I still think I would choose this hotel.

Worst experience due to construction site
Pros:

Big room, nice location

Cons:

Construction next door which wakes you up from 7:30am on a Sunday morning !
I wish this is communicated at the booking time instead of discovering it at arrival!
And btw, Customer Service of booking.com did not even bother to reply to my message !!!
