The use of spa was included and was in excellent condition and care.

It is not a non-smoking facility, therefore there was always smoke in my room. I really did not like that smell.

Probably the staff.
I do not like to write negative reviews, particularly as the staff were nice but I had to this so to alert other travellers and hopefully get the owner to do the right thing and renovate the property.

Cons:

The dirtiness and poor state of the facilities. We even found dirty clothes hung in the wardrobe. The bed was laid with clean sheets other than that the floors were dirty and the facilities outdated and very poorly finished.
It is not right to offer these very poor facilities for the least amount of money, but we paid significant sum of money. Unfortunately. The property needs urgent renovation.
