Generally positive beside the lifts.
Pros:

Good Location and the large room.

Cons:

Terribly slow lifts to the residence side. Some times the lifts skip my level, the lift wait time from level 9 to level 1 was terribly long, one time it was around 10mins.

Pros:

There is a play area for the kids.

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned. The floor and the room were very dusty. When we lifted the bed linens, can see alot of dusts around. not ideal especially we were travelling with an infant. And the toilet bidet was spoilt - even after fixing, still not working.

駅からも近く、立地が良かった。

Cons:

外出中にハンガーを追加で部屋に置いておいてほしいとお願いしたところ、夜戻ってきたら部屋のドアがしっかり閉まっておらず、少し開いたままの状態になっていて驚きました。

レジデンスだったのでレンジが使えて便利だった！また、子連れだったのでプールとキッズルームはありがたかった。

Cons:

アメニティの注文がなぜか1つずつしか頼めず、タオルを追加で欲しい時に一枚で持ってきてもらうのが申し訳なかった。
