スタッフの方々が最高でした。
心地よいサービスをしていただけました

Cons:

チェックイン後、レジデンスのエレベーターが来なくていつ部屋にたどり着けるのか分からなくて不安でした。
これは解消が難しい問題だと思いますが、これがかなりネックでした
スタッフの方に言い忘れましたが、部屋のシャワーヘッドが割れて壊れていて、水圧が低く寒い季節には辛かったです。

Disappointment.
Cons:

Incompetent staff - no possibility to get an invoice, which was marked from a beginning (business trip) and raised several times. 2 elevators for 18 floors of rooms - each trip takes a long time. Dirt in the bathroom. Small rooms - no wardrobe but kitchen annex is taking up a lot of space.

洗濯機が問題なく使えれば最高
Pros:

立地が良くてどこに行くにも便利でした。近くにカフェやコンビニもあり何かと助かりました。
ホテルスタッフの対応もとても親切・丁寧です。
子供がいたのでキッズルームはとても助かりました。

Cons:

レジデンスタイプの部屋に泊まりましたが、洗濯機が使えませんでした。脱水もきちんと出来ず結局手で絞りました。乾燥もすぐにエラーになってしまうのでホテルタイプの部屋にすれば良かったと思いました。
バスルームもドアに隙間が開いていてシャワーの水が出てしまいびしょ濡れになります。
上記以外は満足しているので、またソウルへ行く際は利用したいと思います。
