Stayed 8 nights in a suite and it felt that the hotel was in a cost cutting mode.
Pros:

Well equipped gym.

Cons:

Drinking glasses chipped not once but twice
Strawberry and drink turned to ice in the non freezer section
Coke burst in non freezer section of fridge - had to clear up the mess
Took away bathrobes after a single use without replacing until upon request
Not replenishing tissue paper
Not replenishing coffee capsule

A wonderful travellers hotel at a good & peaceful location
Pros:

Love the service, amenities, bed, shower, cleanliness, etc. and the hotel is surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, Olive Young, clothes dept stores, and more.

Cons:

The lifts were a bit slow - takes some time to arrive at your floor.

またスリーベッドの部屋があること。

Pros:

We had a very enjoyable stay at Novotel Ambassador Seoul Dongdaemun Hotels & Residences. A big highlight was the spacious two-bedroom apartment (around 80 m²), which felt like a real luxury—especially when traveling with a teenage child. Having that extra space made the stay much more comfortable and relaxing.
The breakfasts were excellent—honestly the best we had during our stay in Seoul. In particular, the soup (similar to a clear broth, where you can add rice noodles, napa cabbage, and pak choi) was exceptionally delicious and truly worth highlighting.
The location is very convenient, with easy access to the metro and close proximity to DDP, making it a great base for exploring the city. We also really appreciated having a washing machine in the room, which is a huge plus for longer stays. On top of that, the staff was consistently kind and helpful throughout our visit.
We would definitely consider staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.
